Ordered through uber eats. Their food is good but I ordered 3 different rolls and got a dime size amount wasabi. Not nearly enough for all of it. Really disappointed. Is wasabi too expensive or something. That's really cheap of them

Ordered a large spicy salmon sashimi and they gave me a small one. Asked them to call Uber and fix it and they told me no. So they technically frauded me and said too bad.

When I called them, the staff on the phone was so confused and trying to find excuses. Like we don’t serve large size, and I said we paid for the large upgrade, and she was like, you got the large size. She kept talking to other staff to try to figure it out and clearly they mixed up this order. They wanted me to reach out to uber to fix it and refused to contact uber. Of course, when I reached out to uber , they couldn’t do anything. Would never support business like this, scam customers and no wonder this restaurant has really bad review. Stay away from it!!

Very bad service and food today. The waitress was speaking with other staff in her language and did not take my order for 10 mins. I had to walk up to the counter and order. There was nobody in the restaurant so she was not serving others. My food was so bad, the salad was so soggy and the dressing tasted old and awful. I couldn’t eat it. The sushi was one of the worst I have had in vancouver. My tempura vegetables were rotten. They should be reported for food safety, I hope I don’t get sick. Avoid!
