Low-key/casual environment, looks a bit worn - needs TLC. The teppanyaki experience itself was decent for its price. It started off delicious and exciting; but quickly became rushed and the chef just kept cooking and piling food onto our plates. We ended up with large plates of food sitting in a big pool of soy sauce, which ruined the dining experience in the end.

Service was decent but lots of lag times given the lack of servers having to support 7-10 people per table (there were only two for the whole restaurant). It took an incredibly long time to get our dessert, drink refills, and bill.

This restaurant is decent for someone who is experiencing teppanyaki for the first time or two, but probably not great for those who have had stellar experiences elsewhere before.

Overall, I feel management could do better and put some TLC in its restaurant and staff.

Amazing Food and Entertaining Experience!

Osaka Teppanyaki was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we sat down, the atmosphere was lively and fun. The chefs put on a great show, with impressive knife skills, fire tricks, and a lot of laughs along the way. It really made the dining experience special.

The food was delicious – everything was cooked to perfection right in front of us. The steak, seafood, and veggies were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Portions were generous, and we left feeling completely satisfied.

The service was also excellent. Staff were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.

If you’re looking for great food with a side of entertainment, Osaka Teppanyaki is the place to be! Highly recommend for date nights, celebrations, or just a fun night out.

It seems there are different times section for the meals..... We booked a table for 6. Finally, we have a table with others who booked the same section. This made us not comfortable. After we ordered the food, the chef came to the table and started cooking. He wanted to make some fun but for me its just so so.....
And the food is salty since he put heavy seasoning. My family ordered steak, the chef had asked the finishing of steak. My family members asked for medium rare and rare, but all are well cooked finally.....
The meal around one hour, u can feel that the waitress "ask" u to leave the restaurant, come with the bill and asked how is the food.

Maybe no next time

Was out for a friend’s birthday and the chef kept forgetting to provide me with rice, sauces etc. when I spoke up and simply said “hey, you keep forgetting about me” he said I have a huge mouth, asked me many times to open my mouth up wide (I didn’t) and tried to “jokingly” throw the lemon in my mouth. I have never been so disrespected in my life, let alone at a restaurant.

Osaka’s Teppanyaki was the perfect choice for our family dinner! We had a group of seven, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, especially our daughter and her 4-month-old son. From the moment we arrived, we were met with warmth and hospitality, and they made sure we were comfortable throughout our entire meal.

The teppanyaki chefs provided fantastic entertainment while preparing our meal, engaging both the adults and our little one with their impressive cooking skills and fun tricks. It was more than just dinner—it was an interactive show that made the evening extra special for our family.

The food was excellent! We ordered a variety of dishes, including steak, chicken, and seafood, all of which were cooked to perfection and seasoned beautifully. The portions were generous, and the flavors were spot on. The fried rice and vegetables were fresh and delicious as well, rounding out a very satisfying meal.

The service was attentive without being intrusive, and they were mindful of our unique needs with a baby at the table. The staff frequently checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and family-friendly.

I highly recommend Osaka’s Teppanyaki for any family gatherings or special occasions. It was a memorable night for all of us, and we’ll definitely be back!

Been coming here for the past 30 years, food and service are generally good.Went to pay the bill cash by the bar to the Filipino manager,a guy,5 mins later waitress comes to my table and says I’m $40 short I was surprised to hear that so gave it to her a few minutes after that the Filipino manager came to my table and said I forgot the tip I’m like what he insisted that I did so I paid him.I will never be going back, honestly I felt I got ripped off by the manager who looked and acted very sketchy

We had the pleasure of having Roland, the owner, be our chef for the evening. The food was awesome and the overall experience even better. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Overall the food was pretty good. Been to several teppanyaki places over the years and felt that while the food was good it lacked alot of the things we love about teppanyaki. We were there for our anniversary and the experience is what we are there for. The chef was nice but not memorable and it was very fast. Very little interaction and think the food was all done in 15 minutes. After each grill, I really didn't like how the chef was just piling on the food over my current serving..it just became one big pile of mix of vegetables, meat and sauce. Usually it's neatly on the side you can get another plate. The kids meal was really good value as it was a full 3 course meal that was for 15 to 16 dollars. Adults, about 40 to 60 plus drinks. Some other areas where it was a bit awkward, we were still literally eating our main course and the server asked us if we wanted "To go boxes". That made us feel rushed and didn't particularly like that. The chef thought it was someone's birthday and kept asking whos birthday it was.... but it was our anniversary so we had to correct him. Finally at the end, because it was our anniversary, we got a free mango ice cream lol. Nothing personalized and feel that this place definataley falls short in being memorable. Wont come back given the price point and feel it falls short on presentation

I took my mom out for an early dinner here with my son (toddler) and was pleasantly surprised with the excellent service and food. Servers were very attentive explaining the menu, offering suggestions, checking for allergies and taking care of all the needs in our party. We both had the seafood selection and thought the scallops, shrimp, and salmon were delicious. The chef himself was lively, entertaining and polite. We highly recommend chef Bodgie as he is very experienced and fun. We really had a lot of fun and can’t wait to return to try the steak.

Parking: There is paid parking $5 undergoing behind the building

Kid-friendliness: Very friendly towards toddler offering high chair, cutlery, drinks, ice, etc.

Wheelchair accessibility: They parked our stroller at the front and opened the door for us as we entered and left.

We celebrated our anniversary here, and it was an amazing experience! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was fun and lively. Watching the chef cook on the hot grill and put on a fire show right in front of us made it extra special, very nice person, it was the highpoint of the night! It’s a bit pricey, but the experience is totally worth it!
