Portions are small. Service is slow but to be honest it’s a busy spot. Biggest complaint is that the sign has a gluten free symbol and NOTHING gluten free. Suggest removing it as it’s false advertising and disappointing to wait in line to be told there is nothing gluten free.

I asked for fries the but the girl with pink and black hair was really rude she said u have wait 15 min in a really bad way like I was asking for free.

Bottom line: Stick to the popcorn and forget about this place.1) it takes far too long to get your order before the movie starts. You really need to get to the theater an hour before the movie if you plan on ordering from them. Wait in line for tickets, wait in line to order food, wait in line to receive food (30-45 minutes). GO claim your seat first!2) from time to time they run out of certain convenience product like trays so we had to perform a balancing act to get your food to your seat3) the food quality is average and they can tend to run out of certain options. If this is what they subject us to for food options and at these prices, it should be a crime not to allow us to being in our own food4) questionable sanitary conditions
