Booked the High Tea for a co-workers Bridal Shower and our party of 6 enjoyed the loft seating, attentive service, and customization of the menu to accommodate dietary preferences & restrictions of guests. The high tea was a great value considering the variety, number & presentaion of savory & sweet items on the tray. Tea/coffee and a sparking spritzer were included. We spent over 2 hrs enjoying the food, ambience and conversation (surprisingly not noisy or echoey for such high ceilings. Lovely artwork lended to an atmosphere or airy elegance. If you don't have time for a meal, there's a grab & go coffee bar on the main level.

Absolutely the best bakery in town! Their New York cheesecake is a slice of heaven—rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. The strawberry shortcake is an absolute dream, with layers of moist cake, fresh whipped cream, and juicy strawberries that taste like they were picked at their peak. Every bite feels like a celebration. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home the moment you walk in. The aroma of freshly baked goods fills the air, tempting you to try everything. Highly recommend for any dessert lover—this place is a gem!

I love Palate Kitchen and often eat brunch or lunch there. But had to share amazing experience that happened the other day. Portions are huge and so I had quite a bit left over from my lovely lunch. Packed up in a to go container and promptly left it behind at the table when I left. I returned later and told them about what had happened and they had thrown away the left overs. Not surprisingly- busy lunch time service. The server asked me to wait for a sec and said she would speak to her manager. Next thing I know there is a FULL NEW ORDER of my left over lunch handed to me with a smile. Amazing customer service for something that was totally my fault!

I came by for brunch on a holiday Monday with a group of 5 people. Despite it being busy, we were impressed with the quality experience and ambiance. The food and drinks were delicious, but the excellent service of Carlo and his team is what really put the experience over the top. We will definitely be back.
