Coffee was excellent. However, the pastry was dry and stale. I will go back again, but without ordering any of the food. It tasted like it was left overnight at the very least. I would otherwise have given this place 5 stars

This place would be so much better if solo people on laptops didn’t hog all the good tables when they haven’t even got a drink on the go. Kind of kills the atmosphere when you want to socialize… and the music skipping the whole time over the deafening silence of the remote workers was jarring

cute place and staff were sweet enough but i asked for a shot of vanilla and got charged $0.68 for 20g of vanilla - seems a bit excessive. i’ve worked as a barista my whole life and not once have felt the need to charge for a singular shot of vanilla. the sandwhich was overpriced for what i got - plus it was incredibly dry. i asked and payed for two types of sauce and honestly couldn’t taste either. also think their gluten free options could be a bit more diverse. i’ve been to plenty of pallet coffee roasters’ locations and this is the first time i have been disappointed.

Love this place. Build your own breakfast sandwich is the bomb! Also gluten free option. Coffee and service exceptional. Best breakfast sandwich in Kitsilano I would say.

The coffee is very good. The lady working at the cash register heated up our muffins and was very helpful. The table and floors were very dirty. This is very sad. We paid 15.45 for cappuccino, cortoda and pistachio muffin.

I've never been to this location before but it is pristine. Lovely atmosphere, lots of different places to sit, friendly and helpful staff and they make these personalized breakfast sandwiches that are absolutely amazing! I'm extremely picky and I devoured this sandwich. Worth every penny of the $15
