i got the cold brew and it was sour. the wifi kinda sucks sometimes, other than that the place is nice and clean, service is good.

I first started coming here in 2015. Back then, there was only 1 pallet location. Americano was my regular. There were multiple bean offerings for their espresso. The staff were more friendly. I dropped by again today, it's been 6 years since I've last came here. Lots have changed. They no longer offer multiple beans for your espresso. 2 staff working. One staff is at the bar, the other is running around on his phone the entire time. The baked goods don't look as good as used to. The americano wasn't made properly. No creme on top. Don't see myself returning again. There are much better cafes around here.

One of the worst coffees I’ve ever had. I ordered an oat milk latte, but it was so watered down that there was absolutely no coffee flavor and no oat milk taste—really disappointing, especially for nearly $7. The staff that who took my order was clearly stretched thin, as she was responsible for both taking orders and making the coffee. It felt like the cafe was severely understaffed, and her rushing attitude reflected it. She seemed unprofessional, unfriendly, and definitely not happy with her job - probably due to the stress of managing multiple tasks on her own.

While the space itself is nice, the tables are packed closely together, making it hard to have a quiet moment or get work done without overhearing everyone else’s conversations. Additionally, the smell from the in-house baking was overpowering—I left smelling like butter and pastries all over my hair and clothing. Overall, not a pleasant experience, and I won’t be returning.

Lovely location, great service, lots of sitting space. Quality coffee and good options of pick me ups and baked goods. The ham & cheese croissant was delicious, my flat white was perfect. The cappuccino to go was fabulous and omg the banana bread is to die for! I’ve been to many Pallet locations and I think this is my favourite!

Decent coffee, but when I ordered the gluten free brownie, they did not have a separate tongs or anything, so it was cross contaminated. As a celiac, they don't owe me anything, but the little extra show of effort would've been nice.

You need to fix HVAC. It is hot and smelly. I posted this before and you said it was fixed, so I came back. It is NOT fixed! In addition after ordering only a drip coffee we waited for 20 minutes while it was made and then got cups only half full - because it is a small coffee maker. You must be kidding. I will NEVER return. This place is hopeless
