Pallet Coffee serves good food and the prices are reasonable for what you get. The quality and presentation are definitely above average. However, the experience is a bit let down by the staff not the most welcoming or friendly, which makes the atmosphere feel less inviting. Great spot for a quick bite or coffee if you're not too concerned about service.

Absolutely avoid if you are with children, strollers, wheelchairs, elderly, anyone who is inconvenient to 20 years olds who are more busy on their phones than with customers. The girls who work there said that children must sit still and can’t walk because they carry things and might not see them. Basically admitting they are careless, useless, unprofessional and infantile so they can’t work there if they can’t even carry a plate with their eyes open while toddler didn’t bump into anyone, didn’t knock anything down, didn’t touch anything and was just walking between the tables smiling to visitors. So 1.5 years old is more responsible than they are. I do hope they never have kids and don’t add to the world of child abusers. We went multiple times to that place when nice Japanese boy was working there and with those employees we will never go back and will go to place without discrimination such as Artigiano where they don’t ask to strap visitors so THEY are capable to do a basic job of walking and not knocking anyone down. They also took my husband’s coffee of the table without asking it was full. So obviously they are happy when they are empty so they shall be empty.

Very small but cozy cafe! It's been slow each time I've gone, but it has an inviting atmosphere.
Food portions are good, not overly large, but quite filling.
The lattes are a very calm and soothing enjoy your morning flavour. Coffee isn't overly bold, but it's a comforting, subtle flavour unlike the coffee some shops serve that feel like it's only there to wake you up.
As a bonus, every latte has latte art even if it's to go, and the cups have an adorable space bear logo.

Really like the coffee here! I wish I can buy coffee more here than Starbucks! But online order option ahead is not ready 🥲 So it’s difficult for working class to order because our lunch and morning run time are very limited lol.
