I always favor roasters over standard coffee shoppes, so following some recommendations I had to try Pallet. Very pleased! Every table was filled with a steady stream of people at 10:30am. The coffee and food here are excellent!! The café has a great energetic but chill vibe. I had the ham and cheese croissant which was tasty and perfectly baked. And I love the confused “excuse me?” look on the cashiers face when I asked for a shot of espresso ⚡️⚡️ in my matcha latte. 😳. Which the matcha also was quite exceptional. I highly recommend and will visit again next time I’m in Vancouver. 🇨🇦 ☕️

Pallet, or as we lovingly call it “Pall-eh” is the best neighbourhood coffee shop around. Their sprinkle cookie with an americano was my pick me up throughout the pandemic and beyond. Thanks for always being welcoming. Great sandwiches too!
