This downtown coffee shop did not disappoint! As with all of pallet’s locations, the interior feels complete and airy, after all it’s in a modern building and city!Their latte was delicious, and through the nicely steamed milk you could still taste nutty, caramel-like spikes from the espresso.The Ham and Cheese croissant was unusually perfectly sized (not oversized) that I legitimately was shocked. It was freshly plated and warmed.Overall, great to stop by when passing through or staying by downtown. Best accessible by foot or train for sure at this location.

I only ordered a pour over because I'm on a quest to find the best pour over in Vancouver, so I can't speak to the food, however, coffee was delicious! They had two options for a pour over, one fruit leaning and the other chocolate leaning, which I love because they kind of cover both ends of the flavour spectrum that way.The space itself had a great energy, very clean and welcoming with plenty of tables and space to get work done or spend time with companions.
Went here multiple times and each time the crew was different, yet friendly. One of them even showed me how to make latte art.Coffee was good too. Definitely wouldn't mind going here again. Given that the number of coffee options in the area is plenty.
