Bakery 7, but it is too expensive.

The place look clean but isn't and for the small quantity of people's going inside they must keep that place much more clean , need to be take care for any green they have inside included what hang on the walls.

The chair need absolutely to be wash. Unfortunately some Customer let dirty and sticky.
Idem the restroom , is for man and woman , reason more to keep eyes on and maintain sanitize.
Some maybe client don't care how clean can be but not everyone looks with the same eyes.
I do deeply believe you guys can make it.

Hi there, it seems that Pallet is lying to its customers about the freshness of the roast date.
I ordered 3 bags that were shipped. 2 had yesterday’s date on them which is physically impossible to have a roast date after it left for delivery. And one with an obvious addition of a new sticker covering another one from a month prior.
The Roast date is pretty important to enjoy your roasting. But I’m more disappointed that Pallet would lie to its customers about it. I sadly won’t be recommending Pallet any longer.

Coffee tastes OK, but not a friendly place at all.
The staff just talked quietly into each other’s ear, and didn’t even engage with me
Not a place I’m likely to visit again.

Had an issue with a delivery that went missing, and Ben at Pallet went above and beyond to make it right.

Even before FedEx got back to me, he arranged to send out a replacement without hesitation. Exceptional service and a great reminder that good people still run good businesses.

The interior of the place is very nice. There are paid and free parking lots around it. The only problem is that the coffees are cold. I wish the coffee was served by warming the cups.

I was at the HQ location for the first time yesterday, and I had an incredible experience. The space, service, coffee, everything was amazing. The only thing that stops me from going there again is the location. I believe this cafe has the potential to be busier and more popular if the location is changed.

This is a true hidden gem in an otherwise downtrodden part of Vancouver. A huge and bright space perfect for hanging out or writing or working, friendly staff, delicious baked goods and the best latte I have ever had in Vancouver. Don’t let the neighbourhood deter you. This place is great!
