This is a true hidden gem in an otherwise downtrodden part of Vancouver. A huge and bright space perfect for hanging out or writing or working, friendly staff, delicious baked goods and the best latte I have ever had in Vancouver. Don’t let the neighbourhood deter you. This place is great!

Not sure how common it is, but I've been a couple of times where the space was taken over by real estate or startup suits doing presentations and talking in acronyms. Got it to go and fled.
Great coffee, with a limited snacks: just scones, muffins and cookies.
Awkward space tho.

Cold brew was on point. I've been to other locations before so I can vouch for the pourovers if that's up your alley. This location is really nice on the inside but the spot is situated in a worse part of town. Would recommend the roaster, but can't recommend this location.

I was hoping to visit this location but their entrance does not have a ramp so I couldn’t come in with my baby and our stroller. Another gentleman in their wheelchair was not able to visit either and we both ended up down the street at the Railtown cafe because it was an accessible entrance. I’m sure Pallet is accessible, however it is not obvious to the public.I hope this can be addressed because I’d love to try and visit the location again!
Wheelchair accessibility: No obvious wheelchair accessible entrance.

Excellent coffee and great baked goods! Their gateau basque is a must try! Nice sitting in the spacious cafe filled with sunshine. Fun watching them roasting beans, too.
