This quaint little mom and pop store/restaurant makes one of the best crispy roast pork (lechon) in the area. The other dishes are decent but portions are small so cook lots of rice. Plenty of Filipino snacks and sauces are available here. Staff is friendly and although the place is a bit dark, it’s reasonably clean.

Food was good, i like pansit palabok, i ordered medium size Caldereta for $13 and Diniguan also 13 for take out. The taste were good, and price is reasonable. Not much choices, but it’s worth the visit. They have lechon kawali, looks like a lb per order for only $16. Gotta try that next time. The place is mix sarisari store and carenderia. Also they have kakanin. And there are only 2 big tables and a window counter, where you can also sit, but they have ao much stuffs that make the place so tiny and masikip. Masarap naman pagkain nila, and the person taking orders was very pleasant, serving with a smile, di katulad sa ibang carinderia na ang susungit ng nasa counter.

I ordered 100 lumpiang shanghai for my baby shower and they were an absolute hit ! Very delicious—there wasn’t a single one left. The lady who took my order was super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend !

Today i went in here, place was super cold as today was a cold day and they had the door open. I just wanted to go and get sisig with rice as I was craving for sisig. I was going to go a few doors down but then i saw this and i thought let's try...
I had my ordered to go as I wanted to eat my meal in my car not in the restaurant because as mentioned, it was cold.
Sisig was alsp cold just like the restaurant. It has a strong taste of pork.. i know it is pork but you know when you had meat that either not fresh, reheated a few times or just frozen cheap quality meat.. that is exactly how my sisig tasted today. Sisig is normally a simple dish packed with flavour.. unfortunately this sisig fell short. Even the taste of the vinegar is weak.. the vinegar and raw onions play a huge roll in a good sisig.. it was just one of the worst sisig i have ever had.. sorry to say but if i was a health inspector, i can tell you that the temperature of my sisig was probably 35-40C at best... where you should be at 60C at the very least. I hope i dont get sick, i dont think I will as i only had 2 spoons and threw them in garbage.

Do not mistake this for the Pampangas Cuisine(this is Pampangas Best Cafeteria) - this means it’s a “turo-turo” You point what you want to eat. No specific menu for the day. Usually they have kareoka and other snacks. I shopping here for Filipino ingredients and drop by for lunch dishes. The people/owners are nice and friendly.
One downside is the cleanliness - could do better with cleaning up.
Other than that, Prices are decent and food is tasty just like home cooked meals.

The dish on the left was good, the right was ok and the middle was the least of my favourite.The only problem abt this place is that there is no menu. You have to verbally ask what the options that they have and the price.Overall its an ok place for a quick meal and price was decent.

Pampanga used to be our go-to place. Went there today for take out. Ordered Chicken Bbq, dinuguan, sisig. The sisig was great. The dinugan was 1/2 lard. The Chicken BBQ was salty and inedible. Hopefully only one time thing. The pricing is outrageous. $31 for their large takeout approx 3"x 6"x 2" container.
