Food was amazing! Very Kapampangan! But was make it disappointing are the staff who doesn't know how to deal with customers properly. Very rude. No clear communications when ordering over the phone. Seems like they don't like their job!

I went here today because I was craving for fresh lumpia. Unfortunately, when I got home and ate it, the lumpia was already spoiled especially the sauce 😭. On the brighter side, the other food I tried was great, and I especially loved the cassava flan. The staff were all wonderful, but I hope the lumpia can be checked for freshness next time.

EDIT:
I was the only customer in the store at the time, so let’s be clear !! before the non filipino customer came in, there were no “orders being confirmed.” I personally witnessed three staff standing around gossiping while ignoring me. THEY ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING BUT GOSSIPING!!!! To suggest otherwise is not only untrue but dismissive of a valid customer concern. GASLIGHTING ME Instead of deflecting responsibility with excuses, acknowledge that this is unprofessional behavior and address it properly. Responses like this don’t reassure customers, they only make your business look UNPROFESSIONAL AND PATHETIC.
You’re staff is clearly not fit for a customer service job and u need to reevaluate them!

The aunties at Pampanga’s Cuisine need to retire their aprons and their attitude. I stood at the counter for a solid 5 minutes while three of them stood around doing nothing but gossiping, not even pretending to work. They saw me, made eye contact, and just kept talking like I was some annoying inconvenience.

They act like you’re ruining their day by trying to order food. No greeting, no “just a second,” not even a nod. Just pure tita attitude and silent judgment. And yet the second a non-Filipino walks in? They flip the switch — all fake smiles and helpfulness like they’re working at a 5-star hotel.

It’s honestly pathetic. You’re not doing anyone a favor by standing there looking miserable. If you can’t be bothered to show basic respect, get out of customer service.

I always go to this place for filipino food. Their food is good but service is horrible. Waited for 20 min for 1 halo2x order. It's totally fine for me but they serve the halo2x to the customer who was the last one to order it and i waited longer for my halo2x and I was supposed to be the first one who ordered. They should know first come first serve. Also, i agree to those comments saying that some staff are rude.. when you ask a question, they will answer you in a rude way.

I always go here whenever I crave sinigang and BBQ chicken, and it doesn’t disappoint every time! Plus, customer service is great too.

My husband and I would always come here to get our Pork Sisig fix, especially when we are craving for good Filipino dishes. Their buro is a must-try, too. My new favourite is their PC’s Special Halo-Halo. It has crunchy caramel bits, creamy ice cream and milk sauce, and all the halo mix included, which really works together.

My gosh! All our food is wasted today. They don’t know how to handle soup meals nor put it in a proper container. Purchased extra bag for my orders then all got wasted because it spilled. I called them to let them know but they just said
that other customers had same complaints before and they won’t do anything about it like it’s not their problem. They’re not even sorry. Wow

This is a cafeteria style restaurant (not fine dining) where you order at the counter and they don't force you to tip 👍. Ordered sisig, pancit palabok, pinakbet and turon. All dishes had authentic taste, fresh ingredients, and had good portions,. We came for lunch and it was busy, bur service was prompt, friendly, and efficient. Homey and unpretentious , the premises were clean, and had solid good size tables. Street parking isn pretty easy too. Will be baaack

I am a fan of Filipino’s food, and its my first time coming to this place. They dont put any labels/name on all the food that they display, as I am not filipino of course I ask what is the name before I choose the dish, the lady that served the food was so rude , she just say the name of the food in filipino, she herself doesnt even know how the food taste when I asked certain dish if its spicy or not instead she asked another staff, AGAIN i am not filipino i dont understand, she should have explain what type of meat or the ingredients, DONT assume everyone understand filipino, they should have put name or mention the ingredients for people who doesnt understand the language and the lady was so rude too. Going to think twice before coming here.

I came today June 17,around 6PM. Please advise the staff to explain more details when people asked certain dish like “ what is this? “ they should’ve explain what is the food, instead of only say the name in filipino. Not everyone understand filipino , and the way they answer is like they dont seem happy that people ask questions.

I have been coming to this location for almost a decade now. Probably longer, can’t remember anymore. lol.

My family is from Dagupan, north of Pampanga and it’s the absolute closest to my mom’s and family’s cooking and we all know how good mom’s cooking is.

Whenever I have the opportunity to come by for lunch or dinner, I make my way out here. Solo or bringing friends that want to try Filipino food, doesn’t matter; we come here.

Their Sinigang is almost sour enough but I like it very sour. Kare Kare is full of meat and vegetables. Adobo is very tasty. I’m a fan of their Pancit Luglóg and Caldereta as well. The usual suspects. I don’t need to explain about the Sisig, it’s what they’re known for.

I do wish that their Lumpia Gulay was more readily available though.

The only thing I would consistently warn others about is that their seating is limited. During their lunch and dinner rushes, they have a large crowd coming and going so finding seating isn’t always possible. During the spring and summer they do add outdoor seating but that still quickly fills up. Just a warning again on that. I’ll usually come during non-peak hours if I can help it.

They carry the usual selection of sweets, Turon is at the top of my list. Summer halo halo is a must.
