Overall I would stay here again as it’s super convenient for the port when cruising. Great sized room (deluxe on 15th floor) had a great view, clean and comfortable beds. However. When we stayed last week, there was one lift working. It was often carnage with long queues and it could take 20 mins to get to the room or down to reception. We also had issues with our keycards keep clearing (as did some others we met during our many waits for a lift) so after those 20 mins, we would get upstairs to find we couldn’t get in to our room and would then have to do it all again, going down to reception. There was also often long lines here aswell so it got pretty frustrating. Staff in the restaurant at breakfast were lovely (especially Jessica) and so were those guys at the bellhop station, super nice and really helpful. Most disappointing to find this comment that was added to a sponsored post before being added here, was removed though.

Clean spacious rooms. The water pressure for shower was low otherwise perfect stay.
Amazing central location.

Favorite hotel in Vancouver!

Exceptional hotel. Pricy but all the good hotels were expensive in Vancouver (summer 2025)

Stayed here last weekend. The room was great but the staff were a bit rude. They seemed agitated about having to do anything outside of their basic parameters of their job. For instance, I asked a young lady at the front desk for directions to the airport for Harbor Air as I was flying to a wedding on the island, she said to ask the taxi driver.

HIGHLY recommend for quality!

Great location as right on top of cruise terminal. Can get luggage taken direct from your room to the cruise ship for a fee.

Its all about the Elevator!! Get ready to stand in line with many other angry people! At first it seemed OK. Then after waiting multiple times for 10-20 minutes for an elevator, in a line-up it gets old fast. There is an undated letter in the room stating there is ongoing maintenance. Speaking to one gentleman, while waiting in line, he said same letter for the last 6 months! He visits the hotel every month for work. Then the room. It had seen better days. Very disappointing. Sadly, plastic bottles stuck to the wall for soap and shampoo. If i wanted this, i would stay at a Holiday inn. … at least theirs was in metal Stainless steel containers. Not classy to see for a suppose it 5 star hotel. Next time we will stay across the road at the Fairmount. … on the bright side, the bellman were awesome!! So nice and friendly!

The only problem we had during our stay that hotel staff didn’t care to help was that 2 of the elevators were out of order and long lines to go up or down. At one point we waited 30mins just to get to our room. I was disappointed that many times i asked the hotel staff to help they didn’t care. I even asked if they would tell us where the stairs were and they didn’t even know, which i pointed out is a major issue if an emergency did happen. We definitely will be staying somewhere else on our next trip to Vancouver.
