I would say this place is fantastic!! We had a family trip to Vancouver with a three year old kid. We booked a double-bed room but decided to upgrade to a suite when we arrived there. The suite had one king bed and one sofa bed, which perfectly fits for us. The room is clean and comfortable, especially the mattress. Also, the view from the hotel is amazing. We love the staffs there, they are very friendly and nice. My kid left a bottle of milk in the dining area, the lady there...
I’m usually more of a central downtown Vancouver hotel person, for example, the Wall Centre has been my go-to for years. But thanks to a great promotion through Stay Vancouver Hotels, I decided to try a few properties I’d long heard about. Pan Pacific had been on my list for some time, though I’d been warned by a few people that it felt a bit “dated.” Undaunted, I booked a mid-week stay and I’m very glad I did.

It’s a fantastic place. Rooms are nice service was decent, and you can’t get more downtown Vancouver than where this hotel is at. Super central and easy access to skytrains and more.
