The owner smokes in his cars during deliveries and will get upset if you make a complaint about the pizzas smelling like cigarette smoke do not eat here treat it like the Steveston panago, this store also doesn’t put on enough toppings and will not take accountability on mistakes made

Told me my pizza would be here at 6.20pm and still nothing at 7pm - call in to see what is happening and it hasn’t even been made yet. No call or anything. Delayed our plans with the kids and when I cancelled they offered my a $10 credit which I will never use.

We like Panago Pizza, it’s perfect when you want a simple pizza without anything fancy. We usually get Panago Classic on thin crust. I like that it’s not oily and the crush is perfectly thin. The price is also reasonable considering how many pizzas are out there that are overpriced.

I have had multiple pizzas at events and really do not like the Panago pizza. Neopolitan or New York style pizza options much better and not much more expensive. Nothing wrong with service or atmosphere for takeout, but food is not good.

Late night in Vancouver, needed food, life saver. Large pizza and yummy boneless wings eaten up within minutes. Really hit the spot and was ready lightening quick.
Pizza made well, all slices eaten, no bubbles, evenly made and cooked….quite rare in my experience. Great iob.

This is a takeout pizza place only. The 3 chairs are just for customers waiting for their order. Much better food than the big chains like Domino's, Pizza Hut and the like.

I usually love panago because of their versatile options for vegetarians. However, this time around there was a mix up with our order. I ordered the meat-free deluxe, ended up getting the plant-based deluxe. This wouldn't have been an issue if it were just a matter of different toppings but was still vegetarian (i.e. real cheese). The plant-based has vegan cheese which I just cant stomach and tbh, it's not what we had ordered or paid for.
Customer service was super friendly and helpful but it's been over an hour for the replacement pizza that they offered. On top of that, the closest panago is literally 3 blocks over (a 5 min walk) we wanted to treat ourselves to a lazy sunday and not have to leave the house which is why we got delivery. We got a text saying that our pizza was on the way, it's now been an additional hour and counting. The reason we got for the delay was that there's traffic, which I don't understand since it's a 5 min walk from our place, that's not possible.
Its been over 2.5 hours now since we first made the order and this is pretty wild.
Update: got the replacement pizza. It was correct, but it was cold and had to heat it up in the toaster oven..
I do want to note though that their customer service line was super friendly once again and understanding. This is 100% on the establishment itself and the delivery driver.
