Extremely Bad Experience! I went to this store today to pick up my order, and it was a terrible experience. The owner himself was behind the counter clearly drunk and completely disrespectful. He used extremely rude and offensive language toward me for no reason. I was shocked by how unprofessional and aggressive he was. ⚠️ Stay far away from this place! The owner has no manners and no respect for customers. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at any store.

Got pizza from here yesterday morning and horrible . The girl was putting so less toppings as they don’t even want to use the chesse and toppings moneys Customer service worst than that no polite greeting or even a smile just a forced hie and all I used to always go on other girls shift rather than this Friday morning girl . She knows how to talk and behave with the customers makes a great pizza . Hope she gets some appreciation .

The young guy at the call center was the best part, as his manners and helpful information was delivered well.. but the location called me after a 45 minute slot was given saying they needed another 10min as they were very busy. They know all this at the call center but I was still told 45minutes or less! So when it arrived an hour later it was still hot, minimal sauce, & they sent a coupon, but the crust was like cardboard.. yet I ordered REGULAR crust. Is this now what regular crust is - so what would thin crust be??? Not impressed with my first order and this is why I don't ever use panago!

Panago makes good pizza, but at this particular location the service is horrible, and that's unfortunate because it used to be good - I've ordered dozens of pizza's from here.
Once they made my pizza wrong, it was delivered but to speed things up I said I would go pick up the correct order and bring back the old one. The attendant tried to argue with me telling me the order I got was correct, despite it being the wrong size pizzas (which she agreed were the wrong size). She then tried to decrease the amount of the credit she gave me for the trouble because the pizzas were correct, despite being the wrong size - it turns out I never got a credit anyways (I found that out when I went to order the next time).
Recently, for another order, they called to tell my my order was unavailable (whole wheat crust) so I asked them to just make it with a regular crust. They said they couldn't because I would have to call in to cancel my original order and replace it with the new one. That's a lot of trouble for something that's supposed to be easy. I was driving home and not able to do that. So then I said just cancel the order. They then called back 5 mins later asking if I had cancelled my original order and placed a new one. I said no, I ordered from another place. They then told me they will make my original order....
Finally, another time they tried to charge me for a brownie cake that was a limited time free promo despite me showing them the promo (poster was in their store plus on my phone). The attendant had to call the owner to confirm.
Much better staff training is required.

This was my first time placing an order, and I had a very disappointing experience. The representative at the counter was extremely rude and arrogant. I will not be ordering from this store—or from Panago—again. When I placed the order, I provided the coupon, but the customer service rep failed to inform me that I needed to bring the physical coupon to the store to receive my pizza. When I arrived, the staff member at the Marine Drive location, an Asian girl, was incredibly disrespectful and confrontational. She clearly lacked proper customer service skills. I strongly advise others to avoid this particular outlet

Avoid ordering from this location if you need your food on time!
We placed an order for 6 large pizzas the day before, specifically for pick-up at a set time to take to a crew at the Oakridge construction site. The crew only has short lunch breaks, so timing was important. When we arrived at the scheduled pick-up time, the order hadn’t even been started. The only employee there (who was working alone) had no idea where the order was, and after searching, she found it had been placed in the pile for the next day. There was no manager around to help, and the poor girl was left scrambling.
We quickly called Fresh Slice across the street, and they were incredibly accommodating. Meanwhile, I had left my number for the manager to call, and he did while I was still at Fresh Slice. He apologized and offered to have us come back, but at that point, we had no time. He promised us a couple of free pizzas when we walked back past, but when we showed up with our hands full of pizzas, no one answered the door. We left, and he called me saying he was waiting for us! Then he claimed he was going to deliver the pizzas to Oakridge, but that never happened.
The team at Fresh Slice really saved the day. They rushed to get pizzas made for us, and they were actually really good!
For future orders, I recommend crossing the street. We definitely will.

Ordered 2 large and let me down. It seems they are cutting back on toppings and cheese to better their profits, not impressed.. Lower your prices, if that's the case or better yet sell your franchise.
