Placing an order is a bit odd, you have to initially call Panago to place an order through their customer service line. Very smooth process though! I do recommend that you mention when and where you’d like to pick it up.
Pizza to die for is the steak and mushroom melt 😍
Reconfirm your order 2x so it’s correct to the T!

I ordered for a Christmas party and had a fantastic experience. We usually order from another pizza place in the neighbourhood but decided to try something new. The pizza was nice and hot, and perfectly flavoured. The garden veggie was so yummy I can’t wait to order it again. It was a hit for our party.

I now have serious doubts about my own ability to read order numbers. Or my really bad North American English accent is unclear.

I stopped by Panago tonight and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this location. I ordered a medium thin-crust pepperoni pizza with extra sauce on multigrain dough. Right from the start, the staff seemed distracted and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by being there.
After I placed my order, the staff member told me they “didn’t have medium-sized dough,” which honestly makes no sense—dough is dough, and you cut it to the size you need. What he really meant (but failed to mention) was that they didn’t have multigrain dough at all. Instead, he gave me regular dough without asking if that was okay, and only told me he was upgrading it to an extra-large pizza. That’s not what I wanted, and I didn’t realize what had happened until I was walking out and looked at the pizza.
When I got home and saw it under better lighting, it was even worse. The crust looked stale and hard, like it had been sitting out forever, and the pizza itself looked like something out of a Lunchables kit. It was ridiculous—barely cooked, no extra sauce (despite me specifically asking for it), and completely unappetizing. I ended up throwing it out because it was just that bad.
This is such a shame because I used to love this location, but the service and quality have gone downhill in the past few weeks. I don’t know if they’ve changed management or what, but I won’t be coming back.

The Panago Pizza near the Marine Drive Station is very small in Size and only 2 chairs available to seat and. Eat. The Lady who was making the pizza was not following the Food Safety Rules by not wearing gloves and it was looking pathetic. I took veg pizza the topping on it was very fresh. But if I want to compare Panago with Fresh Slice, I will choose FreshSlice because there pizza taste better.

Needed pizza for a toddler. No kids menu.Call centre said they can’t substitute tomato sauce for the garlic spread on their cheesy bread from their end, but if I go into the store they might be able to accommodate.Went into the store.Lady said she can’t do it because of the “tray size”.Not sure how that relates… but I was looking for a tablespoon of tomato sauce instead of the garlic spread and I was willing to pay additional cost.Never going to order a toddler a whole pizza. And never going to be back for the cheesy bread.Unfortunate business sense, since there are 3 preschools and a drop in playgroup in the adjacent building, as well as 2 playgrounds and an elementary school across the street…
The bacon bbq chicken pizza was amazing. The wings had no crisp. If you want pizza, I recommend it, however, don’t recommend the wings.

Not enough cheese on the pizza, felt like it was just sprinkled on top a little bit. Kind of disappointed considered I paid over 30 dollars for it :( Will probably not order

Unfortunately, this place has gone down hill in the last while. They used to make great pizza and we ordered from here fairly regularly. Lately the pizza's are quite dry and hard to eat consistently lacking in toppings, sauce and cheese. As you can see in the attached photo, their pizza's often come with the end slices almost not even having toppings. I tried ordering with "extra cheese" to see if they'd at least cover the pizza and this is what I got.Yesterday, I ordered a pizza with "extra" Pepperoni and each piece only had 3 pieces of Pepperoni on it and the end pieces only had 1 or 2. Ordering extra anything just seems to be money grab with no changes.
I've eaten here probably about 20 times (dare I say more) in the last year, and I have to say, they always do it right. They have never messed up an order, and they put attention when making the pizza. Some other Panagos I've been to in the past just make the pizza sloppily, but they don't do that here. I can say after coming here for over a year, this is the only location I come to and will continue to come to. It's a small location with only a couple chairs to sit, so you'd have to do takeout. Staff is courteous, friendly, and do their job correctly. I've often seen them regularly cleaning inside as well. One suggestion I'd have is, if they could have a halal option for chicken or beef.

Dear RUDE owner with glasses, if someone is asking for a tissue or an extra paper bag he is not asking for your kidney. Be kind to the customers! Horrible service!
