Not sure if you have a new hire, but there have been some inconsistencies these past Saturdays when I order in the evening. The pizza is not cut evenly or the cheesy bread doesn't have enough cheesy sauce and it's dry and also cut carelessly. Not sure if there is a shortage of the cheesy sauce again. Just wanted to point it out as I am a regular customer at that location.

One of the best Panago locations! The staff are always super nice, helpful, and kind, and the place is clean and well organized. Ordering is quick, the food is always fresh, and there’s plenty of parking, which makes it really convenient. Definitely recommend this spot.

It wasn’t the worst pizza I’ve had, but the organic tomato sauce didn’t have much flavor and the toppings were also quite plain. The super cheesy bread tasted better, and the dips really improved everything.

That was the worst pizza I have ever eaten and seen
Bad smells with impolite and rude workers that waste my time and money
Plz don’t waste your money there

Panago Pizza in Collingwood is my favorite pizza shop for delicious, hot pizzas. The friendly and fast service makes this place the best! The management at Panago Pizza in this location is super pro. They're always on top of things. I go there almost every Sunday night, the busiest time, but the manager makes sure orders are quick and perfect.

went there for a small pizza, and they suggested I try a combo, which I could choose my own toppings. It was only $12 and included a drink. The customer service was good, I really loved their variety of vegan pizzas, the pizza tasted great, and the place was clean!

+ Quality ingredients
+ Good assortment of menu items from pizza to salad, wing and desert
+ Staff are friendly and process orders efficiently
- Doesn't offer many promos and not competitive with nearby franchises Papa Johns or Dominos where one can get a large 2-topping carry out for $12. The Panago large starts at $20 and is smaller
- The website navigation could be improved

This is a great location. It’s located across from the bc liquor store.

Recently they have a cup pepperoni special. I decided to try their medium cup pep and spicy pineapple. I was pleasantly surprised on the spice level of the pineapple. Felt like I was eating a Doritos sweet chilli heat pizza ?. Great price!

Parking: If you can’t find street parking just park in the lot across, it’s free.

I’ve grabbed a couple of pizzas for takeout from here - there’s an in-person special you can order for $12 that includes a personal sized pizza (up to 6 toppings) and drink. Space is clean and well maintained.Pizza is fast and decent for the price. The guy who works there is so nice and patient with my overly excited kid. Thanks Hari! ?Parking is available right out front so it’s an easy stop!
