I ordered from Panago Pizza in Vancouver on a Friday night and it turned into one of those meals where I kept sneaking bites before anyone else noticed. The first thing I liked was how easy it was to customize the pizza exactly how I wanted it. When it arrived the smell hit right away. Every slice had just the right amount of sauce and toppings so my hands stayed neat and the flavors didn’t feel heavy or boring. The veggies tasted fresh and bright, and the cheese melted in a way that made me actually pause and enjoy each bite instead of just eating quickly.
What made the night feel even more personal was how much everyone around the table loved their own pizzas too. We laughed, compared favourite toppings and ended up talking way longer than we planned because the food just put us in a good mood. I didn’t expect pizza to make Friday night feel special again but this really did.
If you want a pizza that feels customized to your tastes, arrives hot, and actually makes your meal fun, Panago definitely hits the mark for me.

I had a terrible experience at this pizza shop. The staff were very rude and didn’t seem to care about customers at all. When I finally got my order, the pizza was cold and tasted old. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible service and bad food!

Poor customer service. Half my order didn’t arrive, and when I called the Denman store, I was routed to a call centre. After 11 minutes, two reps, and no answers, I was told I couldn’t speak to the store and a manager might call me back in 2 hours to 3 business days. I cancelled the missing items and requested a refund. They offered a $20 credit—with a 90-day expiration date. Why? Then the rest of my order showed up anyway, and the delivery person had no clue. Why is ordering pizza this complicated?

New rebranding of Panago is a bit too ice cream shop for me. Pizza is supposed to be garbage and fatty, and you know it! Stop trying to make it healthy.

Nice and tasty pizza, and they gave great sauces. Their customer service is very good, and whenever they have some fault, they are responsible for it, and it's really worthwhile.
This is my first choice for takeout pizza. You can order ahead on their app and it is ready to pick up when you arrive. If you wal in stil only takes 10 mins. Would be 5 stars if they served slices
