Customer service at this location is good, but the pizza not so much. Panago changed their recipes with cheap ingredients and charging the same price. The new bruschetta tomatoes are god awful.

Food and staff are amazing, but this location is not accessible for strollers. Knowing that there are a lot of new young families in this neighborhood, a push to open button for this store’s door would be helpful.
I recently ordered from Panago Pizza on Sawmill Crescent in the River District, near Marine Way and Burrard.
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We had to order last minute for a large group, and this turned out to be a great solution; they prepared the pizzas exactly as ordered and had them ready on time.
I had a great experience here and will definitely be coming back again!
This place maybe look ok and people there have nice service but do yourself a huge favor don’t eat at this place me and my wife got food poisoning from the pizza a few hours after we ate it. Horrible experience stay away!!!
