I opened my box to a live cockroach. Quite literally the most shocking experience I’ve ever had ordering food. Vile and disgusting that a restaurant would ever have an environment that would allow this to happen. I have never had to leave a review like this before, but this is unacceptable. Absolutely putrid. Panago was my go-to place, as well. What a shame.

Staff was really friendly and my order was ready very quickly. I have the spicy Hawaiian pizza, it was surprisingly very spicy, don’t know if I personally would choose this exact pizza again, but the dough, vegan cheese and vegan pepperoni was very delicious. Also very inexpensive, I had a small pizza with a choice of drink for 12 dollars ( tax). I would go there again.

Every time I order from here it’s amazing. Fast, fresh, and hot! So many vegan options. The plant based cheesy bread is so good! They put the perfect amount of cheese on (which is hard with dairy free!) the pizza and the bread. Also, the delivery drivers are always so pleasant and genuinely happy! It’s such a nice change from the delivery apps. :)
Dietary restrictions: Very vegan friendly! So many options and clearly labeled.

So I ordered two Brooklyn pepperoni pizzas. Which is described as having layers of Pepperoni. Apparently Panago has their own definition of layers, which is two 6 slice pizzas, with 5 and 4 small slices of pepperoni on them. Seriously how are you guys not ashamed to send this out to customers?

Ordered 3 x small pizzas and a dessert via DD at 5:33PM with an estimated wait time of 27 minutes. By 6:45PM, 2 different dashers had given up waiting and I was given an alert that it'd be at least another 25 mins until the order would be ready to pickup. I cancelled the order instead of hoping anything would even be made in 2-hours.
The pizza is pricey but delicious!
