Ordered from here 10+ times with no issues. Today, I was paid with cash and was given the wrong change. When I corrected the cashier, she gave me the correct change but never apologized giving the perception she was intentionally trying to scam me. Pizza quality was also very poor. Lack of toppings and pizza was cold. I threw it out after eating 2 slices. Called into head office to complain. Store called me back 2 hours later to apologize. No refund, no re-make. Will not be returning

I ordered a medium pizza with mushrooms and cheese and there was next to nothing. As far as toppings. I've had their pizza before. I'm not sure why it seemed the toppings were so skimpy. Maybe it was because it was a promo. I did like the crunchiness of the thin crust. I probably won't go there again as I have no way of knowing if I'm going to get any toppings on my crust.

Decent pizza, with high-quality cheese and generous filling. Order was ready some 5 minutes after it said that it was ready to pick-up in the app. Deals on the app are very handy by the way.
The employee that was serving me was very nice and well going! but the new management is pretty atrocious, i like the old management better, gave more freedom!

I recently tried Papa John’s pizza and their signature Papadia, and it was a satisfying experience overall. The pizza stood out with its soft, slightly chewy crust and a beautiful golden finish — clearly made from quality dough. The tomato sauce was tangy and flavorful, perfectly complemented by the rich, creamy melt of the cheese. Toppings were generous and fresh, especially the veggies and chicken which added a nice balance of texture and flavor. I particularly enjoyed the Papa John’s at Kingsway, Vancouver — the quality and taste here were noticeably better than other locations I’ve tried. I’ll definitely be coming back to this store.

I’ve been to many restaurants and tried several different Papa John’s locations, but this one truly stands out as the best of them all. The food was absolutely amazing—especially the pizza, which was incredibly delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. You can really taste the difference in quality here. On top of that, the staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended if you’re looking for great pizza and excellent service!

Ordered 2 medium pepperoni pizzas from Uber eats app and got maybe 1 slice of pepperoni per slice and they filled with small chicken bits. Absolutely horrendous.
