I ordered from here recently and had a great experience. The pizza was fresh, hot, and tasted really good. The crust was soft and the toppings were generous. Staff was very friendly 😊 and the order was ready on time. Will definitely order again!!!

This place sucks! I waited for an hour and the lady there didn’t attend to me. No acknowledgment no service! She responded to someone else before me which is ludicrous. All around bad service I left and didn’t get the food.

My old review got deleted by you guys so guess what I'm going to write another! Shameful business practice by the way! I'm an avid Papa John's customer from the US locations and familiar with how their food is supposed to taste and look. So you can imagine my surprise when I ordered from this location and it tasted nothing like Papa John's nor looked like it. This pizza looked and tasted just like all the crappy typical Vancouver pizza chains: FreshSlice, Uncle Faith's, Megabyte, Hell Crust etc. Why buy a PJ franchise and completely go against the business standards that you're supposed to uphold as a franchisee. My guess it's because y'all are cutting corners and are probably an ex franchise owner of one of the above mentioned Vancouver chains. Does Papa John's corporate know that you guys aren't operating within their system? I'm taking a screenshot of this review in case the same fate happens just like my last review.
Ordered a new York pizza at midnight, the staff sent a gluten free one!? What on earth!? I think the staff just don't care.i will be complaining to the corporate office.

Bad customer service. Order wrongly placed but the manager didn’t cancel it despite being called within few minutes because it was already paid. The Pj web placed an out of town order by mistake. Indian manager extremely rude and bad.
Update 30 Mar- Gaurav, the owner, personally called to apologize. He is promised to refund me the amount. The issue is resolved. Very pleased with my conversation with the owner and hence changing the review rating.

Delivery driver was at this location for 30 minutes waiting for my order becaue the restaurant was missing something. Pizza arrived cold. Wings arrived cold. Wings had a few dashes of hotsauce on them and missing the ranch dipping sauce. Spend your money elsewhere. Very disappointing.
