Ordered from Uber Eats today and it’s an awful franchisee on Terminal Ave in Vancouver. Have ordered Papa John’s in Burnaby and it was amazing there. The Vancouver location is poor in comparison. They were skimpy on the toppings and the request for extra sauce was ignored. There was barely any sauce. I recall ordering from this location two years prior and it wasn’t to be remembered. Will never order from this location again and I rarely leave negative reviews.

U guys u need to change the management. Not polite at all . My food was completely cold and missing items and when i complained about that . He told me we can’t do anything bye .. this is completely ridiculous i will stop forever order from this store and i will make sure to tell everyone to stop going there . I will take it seriously.
