Called this place and spoke to an AI agent who took my order. I never received my pizza and wasn’t able to speak to a human to resolve my order. Sad part is the pizza here is decent but the ai agent was extremely disappointing.

The guy with the bandana and attitude is the rudest man I've ever encountered at any fast food joint. That's coming from someone fortunate to be well traveled and been living in Vancouverfor 15 years. Wow.
The level of attitude was unreal. First time visiting, and all I did was ask about the daily special. Highly recommend sorting by lowest rating to get a true glimpse into this place, and then picking somewhere else close by for food.
Also, keep an eye on how they reply to anyone who leaves a review below 5*. I don't give negative reviews often, if ever, but this place is right up there with one of the worst experiences in Vancouver due to their service.

This is our usual spot for delivery. The Papa's special is always fully loaded with great toppings, super filling, but eating it doesn't make you feel terrible after like some chain pizza spots. If you grew up in BC with a Greek pizza spot then this will take you right back. It's not a traditional Italian pie, but it scratches a particular nostalgic itch.
Amazing Crisp dough, Fresh ingredients, Felt amazing after unlike many other ones. Just try it!

They don't respect the portion size per slice. I ordered some slices, and the guy threw the toppings on the tray, claiming they weren't included in the slice when I was clearly looking at what was coming. Very bad.

Why haven’t I gone here sooner?! Fantastic pizza! Their crust is thick and fluffy without the regret that thicker crusts are greasily accompanied with. I had the Spinach Ricotta pizza which was so pleasantly fresh and generous in toppings. Best of all, it wasn’t laden with salt like so many pizzas tend to be, which is fabulous for old farts like me. Super friendly and pleasant staff as well! I will be changing the place I pizza-treat my family to Papa’s from now on!
