This is the worst coffee shop ever. The coffee tastes disgusting, the pastry has no flavor, and the customer service is absolutely terrible. I can’t believe how overpriced this place is compared to other cafés. Never coming back here again!

Karak milk tea was an awesome discovery (kinda like Indian chai). Also had the bun with maple and ice cream which was delicious and a generous portion.

Great people ✌✌👍👍
You must try their special bun; I almost tried all their siding with it,
The bun is fluffy and crunchy outside and goes well with any siding.
They have more options like sandwiches, soup and snacks.

Papparoti buns, are known as coffee buns. A popular Malaysian pastry featuring a fluffy, soft bread filled with butter and topped with a crunchy, coffee-flavored cookie crust. They are known for their delightful contrast of textures and flavors, with the crisp, sweet, and slightly bitter coffee topping complementing the sweet and buttery interior
I had a really early start to my morning.
While driving by Robson I noticed a papa roti. This will be my first time trying it here. First impression walking in, wow decor at this location is beautiful. Very friendly service as well. Morning easy listening music. I asked for a recommendation and the lady told me to get the cream cheese one, great for the morning. She also suggested strawberry jam, sure why not. And last but not least my cup of Joe.
I got my cup of coffee, wow really good coffee. Now the bun arrives. It's plated very nicely, crisp on the outside and really moist on the inside. The cream cheese option with jam is good in the morning. All in all I would say it's a good experience, you have to try it atleast once. Would I be willing to go back? Yes I would love to try other items.

Today, I tried the Nutella cheesecake and Karak milk tea, and both were disappointing. The cheesecake seemed like it was made 3 to 4 days ago; it was too hard and lacked flavor. The Karak milk tea was also not as tasty as I expected. Overall, it was the worst experience ever, and I will not be returning to Papa Roti.

I’ve been to Papparoti in Dubai and my son and I loved the Karak and buns. We moved overseas and missed this place. We are vacationing in Vancouver and was pleasantly surprised to see this place just down the street from our hotel! I went to get karak and a bun today @11am. I was told they have no buns for today. Very disappointing and the karak was bland and not creamy or sweet at all. The cafe employee was nice and the place was pleasant but this place should be stocked with its core product and do it well.
