Soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside this small Bordeaux cake flavored with rum and vanilla is eaten at any time of the day.
Chocolate almond croissant
Croissant filled with chocolate logs, smothered with flaked almonds, then baked.
L'escargot Aux Raisins (raisin danish)
This delicious raisin pastry is a variation on a croissant dough, spread with vanilla custard and plump raisins, sliced, proved, and baked.
Tarte au sucre
A quick glance at the cradle of PAUL, the sugar pie is a specialty of the North. Essential brioche disc covered with butter, eggs and sugar, all caramelized and melted, mixed with raspberries. A real delight for gourmets.
Amandine (almond tart)
Almond tart is a very simple recipe. The shortcrust pastry is very slightly sweet, made with good butter, a little crumbly and melting. The delicate crunch of the slivered almonds enhances the whole to make this pastry a real delight!

been to many pauls in other countries and wanted a lemon tart so i stopped by

obviously i can only judge by the one item i ordered but quality seems hit or miss, the meringue is very good but the rest of the tart is not up to standard - dry and hard dough, lemon filling is passable (should be more intense to counteract the sweetness of the meringue, but on its own it is ok) but ratio is wrong

also they charged me the wrong price but thankfully...

I visited the establishment to purchase a Spanish latte. The barista suggested their new pastry, which I decided to try. I opted for the blackberry moon dessert, and it was exceptional. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I appreciate the recommendation. The overall ambiance of the cafe is pleasant, intimate, and conducive to a good atmosphere. I would recommend Paul's Bakery.

Wow!!! Paul!!! My fav bakery whenever i go to paris

So glad to have found this place while i was visiting vancouver. There is no other location yet in Canada as far as I know

Interior decoration is so pretty inside, perfect if ur down for grabbing brunch
