I have been there at least 4-5 times since I have moved recently to the downtown Vancouver and it has already become one of my favourite places for breakfast.The food is quite basic , but yet very delicious . The portions are generous and it priced very reasonably. The service is very friendly . The staff greats you when you come in with a big smile and takes care of you very well , while you are sitting. Went to Paul's Omelettery for the first time last week. Some of the menu items were a little overpriced (in my opinion) but the food was delicious.
It was steady busy but not hectic. The staff were friendly, efficient without hovering over you. The food came out promptly and hot...and delicious. I will definitely be going back!

Chicken and waffles was excellent, everything was delicious. Nice place. Little high at 20-30 per plate but that seems to be the new norm. Greatvplace to sit and chat over a good brunch meal.
