Lovely staff, delicious food. Very good quality and they do a lot with a small space. We enjoyed hearing about the wine selection and trying delicious, unusual varieties. The wide selection of small bites to filling dishes make this a terrific place to gather. We felt warmly welcomed and well cared for.

Food is good! Service was sub par to say the least. Extremely slow and when I ordered another drink i was given the bill instead. To be fair, that was definitely just heard incorrectly but it did add to the poor experience.
It wasn’t too busy when I visited either. I’d been there 25+ mins before even getting to order a drink but again to end on a positive note the food was very fresh and nice just unfortunate the service was so slow. We also waited at the front way too long before being greeted which I also found odd as a simple hello be right with ya goes a long way

The portions were tiny. We both left hungry after the Dine Out Vancouver supposed 3-course meal. Service was great for the most part. Excellent ambience. More of a cocktail bar than restaurant to have a full meal at.
We waited at the entrance for roughly 10 minutes or so without a greeting or eye contact. Even people who were already eating looked at us and shrugged. Surely this wasn't an enjoyable experience. I don’t think the usual “we’re understaffed” explanation applies here. There were three people behind the bar, two in the kitchen, and a server on the floor. Even if you guys were busy, a brief nod or a quick “we’ll be right with you” would have taken seconds and made a big difference. That’s basic hospitality 101. Having worked in this industry myself, I found this genuinely surprising by Vancouver standards. Some reviews mention the same issue, so this clearly isn't a one-off. If you’re putting this much effort into promoting your restaurant on IG, the service should match the hype at least. :( A very sad experience

Absolutely amazing happy hour, $10 cocktails you can't go wrong with however I wish there were just more of them available for the $10 price point.
Food was good had a bunch of happy hour bites plus ordered a charcuterie board as well which was fabulous.
However when I went to the washroom at the end of the night I was disappointed when I looked up and saw the state of the fan and it not being cleaned.

Stumbled in here on a whim and overall it was a great time! Enjoyed a drink and small bites and everything was pleasant. It’s a pan-Mediterranean concept (encompassing the Roman Empire, hence the name) and I liked the variety. Would come back for more!
