Terrible thai milk tea, I can only taste the sweetener and little tea flavour, asked for less ice and got half of the cup filled with ice (the drink is even not filled to the top), and it costs a crazy $8, would never come back again. Probably just bought some supermarket available powder.

Good try on doing BOGO’s (but only at this location?! 👎🏼) — but perhaps it would be good business practice to specify it’s one BOGO promo per customer somewhere…
Nowhere in the store, and in any of the Insta stories, was there such a disclaimer — the one place I could find it was hidden in one of the posts under “see more”… very clear indeed👏🏼 or at least, the staff could have advised the customer before ringing it up. Such shady practice truly pushes customers to other bbt places.
It’s bad enough you started to put surprise disclaimers on the free drink rewards (the app says it’s good for any drink, but apparently you’re told at the store fresh fruit doesn’t count, as it’s “PF policy” 🤷🏻♀️) and eventually, got rid of a perfectly good rewards system, replacing it with some weird, poor valued points system.
But alas, PF doesn’t care as long as it’s ripped a customer off. Never again will I make the mistake of giving PF a chance 🤦🏻♀️

Nommy nommy pearls in a very yummy passion fruit lychee smoothie. Best pearls I think! Was pleasantly surprised...thought the flavor combo was gonna be gross but my kid wanted to try it and the guy at the cashier said it tasted good so we gave it a go and it was deeeelicious! Great quick service, clean place and let us use our own Bobba cup so good for environment too! 👍 👌💥🧋💗

We ordered 2 drinks, both where tasty and the boba was nicely cooked.
The thing that will really have me coming back is the staff. My daughter's drinks exploded when she tried to put the straw in and they offered to make a new one. They were super apologetic and friendly and cleaned the mess up right away.

Came here today at 3:30 pm on a Sunday and they ran out of pearls so I only got half pearls when I paid the full amount. And if I wanted the full amount of pearls I needed to wait 30 minutes. Wtf?! You’re literally a boba shop get it together ‼️

Bubble tea flavor tastes great and atmosphere is nice. Only one staff tonight his name is Joseph, very kind and great service! Humble guy told me “u don’t need to leave me a good review!” But now I have to!! Pearls always have nice consistency here and all their milk tea flavors are hitters
While the price is a little higher, the drinks are absolutely amazing and the tapioca is some of the best I've tasted. It is my favourite boba place near campus, and they have some unique drinks, often on the sweeter side however.

I was very unsatisfied with the atmosphere, they seemed to have staff who were off work drinking and making a ruckus at a table WHILE customers were ordering.
Their drinks are great, but it’s disturbing that they have a lack of respect for customers and the space, even if they are off shift.

4 stars because the tapioca balls are not included in the price for the milk tea. You have to add it for extra charge. Not a big deal but disappointing because it’s already over $7.
