⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Perchance is a charming little café with a clean, minimalist look that immediately catches your eye. The bright interior and simple design give it a calm, modern feel, making it a pleasant spot for a quiet coffee or a short break. It feels thoughtfully put together without trying too hard.
The coffee is well-prepared and enjoyable, with good balance and consistency. Baked items and treats are fresh and nicely presented, though the selection is on the smaller side. Everything tastes good, but there isn’t yet a standout item that really steals the show.
Service is friendly and relaxed, matching the overall vibe of the place. Perchance is a solid addition to the neighborhood — a nice café you’d happily return to, and with a bit more variety or signature offerings, it could easily move up to a five-star experience.

The food and the drinks were good, but the sandwich is very small considering the price. Verygood option for drinks and snacks but don't expect a full meal.

Got the Matcha Strawberry drink. Could only taste strawberry and milk …. No matcha at all. If you want a good matcha drink stick with Paragon Tea Room!

The coffee was nice but very milky. If you ask for a normal flat white they make it a 12oz. Cookie was great and service was good

Got the strawberry matcha latte and was pretty underwhelmed with the taste. Service was very friendly though and there was nice seating options, honestly just not a fan of the drink i got

The Sandwiches were okay although I wasn't a fan of their Chai Latte. Staff were friendly and the smoothies tasted good.
Enjoy the atmosphere!
Good! Boba is SUPER SOFT!! But the lid and cup needs work. I got the strawberry matcha and I couldn’t mix it because the straw is so restricted it doesn’t move around in the cup
10/10 everything was outstanding. Friendly service with a big hello when I walked in. The breakfast sandwich was soo good with pesto egg cheese and avocado.. soo so good. I also got a matcha oatmeal bubble tea which perfectly made , not too sweet. Amazing ! Would definitely come back

Disappointed, ordered a 24oz bubble tea off the menu for around $10 - was served a 16oz in a paper cup.. apparently they don’t offer 24oz anymore, yet they still charge for it?? Also not sure why they serve the bubble tea in a paper cup. Wasn’t the experience I was looking for. Mentioned all this to the employee and and she didn’t seem to care :(
Matcha was tasty but was warm not hot. They are doing some fishy business, the menu says 24oz and you pay high price for it and then the drink was a 16oz. The person working just said that’s how it is. So basically you pay for what you don’t get - it’s a scam
Food was pretty good but pricey.
Nice cozy spot. Grabbed a latte.
