“5 stars! We visited Khaghan Restaurant on Tuesday and had an amazing experience. The food quality was top-notch, and the service was excellent. I ordered the lamb shank and my wife had the grilled salmon with dill rice— both were absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. Everything was just great. Highly recommended! “I recently tried Mani Burger and ordered the Mushroom Cheeseburger and the Mushroom Cheese Chicken Burger. Both were absolutely fantastic! The meat was perfectly cooked—juicy, flavorful, and tender. The mushrooms added a rich, earthy flavor that paired wonderfully with the melted cheese.

The burgers were well-balanced, with fresh toppings and buns that held everything together without falling apart. Every bite was delicious, and you could tell they take pride in the quality of their ingredients.

“Incredible service. She was so friendly and a great conversationalist! The food: where do I even begin? The pasta was fantastic, some of the best I’ve had. The rice was beautiful and aromatic and crispy on top. And the kebabs? I believe I had the best lamb kebab of my life here. So flavorful and tender, it literally burst in my mouth. Overall, fantastic restaurant. Really wish I lived in Vancouver so I could be a regular here!“

“If you are at Brentwood mall area and craving Cazbah i suggest you get back in your car and go to Suren instead. Not only does it taste fresher, everything taste better on porcelain! I recently checked out their daily BOGO offers and I was pleasantly surprised at the value! they dont reduce the portion size on BOGO so it was a fantastic deal to get two adult sized meals for $10-$12 a piece. You can't even buy fast food for that price let alone a proper meal with clean ingredients. Winner winner.“

“We went to Alibaba a few days ago and were honestly blown away by how delicious the liver and heart skewers were. It tasted just like the real thing back home in Iran, rich, flavorful and perfectly grilled. I’ve tried a few other places, including one we visited before based on a recommendation from Amir, the admin of the Persian Vancouver page, who had called Alibaba dirty and even made some awful claims about the owner. That other spot (Hidra) turned out to be a huge disappointment. In my opinion, if you’re looking for authentic Iranian-style liver and heart in Vancouver, Alibaba is the only place that truly delivers. Don’t let rumors or negativity fool you, taste speaks for itself.“

They offer most of the classic Persian foods on their menu, which is impressive. However, the taste wasn’t quite as rich or flavorful as I expected from authentic Persian cuisine. I’d suggest they focus a bit more on improving the taste quality to match their wide variety of options. Overall, still a good place to try!“

“Went to Haida Sandwich in North Van to try out their Haida hot, Haida Special and Turkey breast sandwich. All of them were delicious especially the cold cut sandwiches. Way bigger than Subway and comes with mini fries. This place is always busy, restaurant is clean. The only thing I didn't like is the airport style receipt checks they do on you. 😂“
