I remember grabbing some hot drinks here over a year ago with a friend and receiving terrible service. I wish I had remembered that because after purchasing several hot beverages again yesterday, we received abhorrent service once more. When we approached the till after being in a short line, the server didn’t smile, say hello or acknowledge us in any way. Just a blank rbf stare. Almost glaring at us. I had to give a big hello to get her animated (maybe they’ve got those new-aged robots handling the till and I missed the sign and by some dumb luck I used the correct code-word to activate her 🤷♀️ Very realistic looking if so 👏). The drinks took a VERY long time and we had to remind the barista what we ordered and what we were still waiting for.
Drinks were just so-so. Much better service and quality at other spots in the market. I’ll definitely remember not to come back here next time.

This is a nice coffee ☕️ shop in the famous Granville market. They have various different type of coffees available in different sizes. The coffee is not very amazing just fine. The staff are good, makes it a good stop for a coffee break during visit to Granville market.

I have never been bullied before by staff. That was the nastiest experience with the nastiest wage staff. I used to love this place, but no more just because of their staff. Was paying for my coffee and used debit. Machine given to me and lo and behold the biggest size of letters I’ve ever seen on a debit machine. Guy next to me can see my PIN number I’m entering, not hard to do. So I turn the machine to the left to enter my PIN and look up at the girl, her and the other girl who prepared the coffee we laughing at me, the way they twisted their faces and their laughter sent the angriest chills down my spine. Don’t you people understand that you have comprised my PIN safety. But yet you laugh and think bullying is ok. And especially since I’m a senior, and with today’s world, I need to be careful who’s around me when using my debit….. Really guys?! Shame on you!!!!

Very bad coffee. We paid 4 dollor and they asked us to pour our coffee from flask😟 What kind of coffee house is this!
Ordered a blended salted caramel drink and got a watery coffee with no blended ice. I asked what's going on and they said it's how they normally make it. I had to ask for extra ice so I basically got an iced salted caramel drink not a blended one.

Excellent decaf LONG BLACK. It's rare to get a decaf that tastes this good!! I Assume you are a Canadian company, please ditch the south of the border name.

I asked for a macchiato and received a latte. A macchiato is a shot of espresso and then a tablespoon of frothed milk. The first time I came here they made it perfectly so I didn’t think to check, but not since then.
