We tried Phenoḥ Phẹh recently and honestly, it was just okay. Service was quite slow, waited 1.5 hr, but our food came out fast.
We ordered the butter beef (4/5-flavorful) and chicken wings (4/5) were decent, but the dry noodle with pork and seafood (2/5) and Bo Luc Lac (2/5) fell flat. Lacks flavor and seasoning. I was disappointed seeing it was even a Michelin recommend restaurant.

3/5 stars for Phnom Penh in Vancouver's Chinatown! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was great. However, our experience was marred by our server's persistent requests for tips, even after we'd already paid for our meal. It felt pushy and rude, especially considering the amount suggested. Tips should be optional, and servers should respect customers' choices. Despite this, the food was worth trying, but the service could use improvement

Food is delicious. The marinated butter beef, chocken wings, stew beef and Vietnam crepe was delicious. The Beef luc luc, fried shrimp was good.
Be prepared for a long wait.
