I was craving pho as I often do and was in Vancouver for work during the Swiftie mania that hit that weekend. Met a friend for dinner and saw this place was highly rated. I ordered the no. 37 and wanted to bathe in it. The broth was well-seasoned, huge portions and perfectly cooked. I took what I couldn't eat to my hotel but then promptly ate the rest. If you're craving pho, this is the place. Busy but service is fast and the other dishes looked amazing too.

Great place for Vietnamese food. Stumbled upon this restaurant on my walk home and decided to try it. It did not disappoint one bit even though there were very few vegetarian options. I tried veg and tofu pho and it was delicious. Flavorful veg broth with lots of veggies, some fried tofu, and a plate of bean sprouts, lemon and fresh basil. Definitely coming back, to try their peanut satay pho as well.

So happy we found that place. Very friendly staff and we loved the complementary hot tea. Highly recommended and we‘ll come back. Greetings from Germany.

After a long December walk in Stanley Park, nothing warms the body and soul like a fresh bowl of pho. The soup was vibrant and delicious, and the service was both kind and quick. Perfect end to a perfect day! 🍜❄️

This is one of my new fav places in the heart of Vancouver's downtown. It seems small and casual from the outside but inside the ambiance is cozy/elegant. The service was super great and servers very friendly and attentive. I loved the variety of menu that was ample enough but not overwhelming. And the prices very reasonable. So the prices, service and venue were just right and I appreciate having a go-to place that is good on all fronts. Highly recommend.

It was my first time at Pho 37, and now I understand the name—it’s inspired by their famous Tuan’s Beef Noodle Soup, which is No. 37 on the menu. It did not disappoint! The broth was incredibly savory, with a rich depth of spices and beef flavors that tasted like it had been simmered for days. The beef meat, a critical element for me, was sliced to the perfect thickness and cooked just right—medium rare to well done. The proportion of the meat, noodle, and soup was good. The slippery rice noodles complemented everything beautifully, and I thoroughly enjoyed slurping them up. The serving is very generous that I wasn’t able to finish everything as I was too full.
Back to my Pho experience…. after my first sip and bite, I loved that the condiments—sliced garlic, chili oil, and hoisin sauce—were already on the table to let me customize the flavours to my gusto. The soup was hearty, meaty, and by far one of the best bowls of pho I’ve had in Vancouver.
As for the other dishes, they were fairly standard—nothing distinct or unique compared to other Vietnamese restaurants in town. They were all good. If you’re looking for value, I’d recommend going for their combinations over single-orders, as they’re far more worth it.
Service was quick, and we were comfortably seated at a nice round table. The instrumental Christmas music echoed the beautiful high ceiling in the background which added a pleasant touch to the ambiance. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I’ll be back for that incredible pho!
