We are PHO hunters and eat it a lot. This place is far and above the BEST pho, experience, and service we have ever had. It is super clean, friendly and all the extras are available to make the meal outstanding. It is all very fair priced as well and has relaxing music to top it off. Thank you PHO 37!!! We will be back!!!

The best place to enjoy Vietnamese food out of all the ones I've tried. The Shaking Beef is the standout dish — very similar to the Peruvian Lomo Saltado. Highly recommended! I've been several times and will definitely keep coming back.

I’ve been to this pho 37 restaurant many times before. Like usual, I ordered the beef satay pho, and today I invited my mother to join me. The service was very good, but there was a significant disappointment. Both bowls of pho were extremely salty. I was very disappointed with this experience, especially since I was sharing it with my mother.

Just ok, unimpressive and would not recommend. Pho was decent but def can find better one somewhere else for a cheaper price. Spring roll was a let down. Service non existent even when there’s barely any customer. Had to flag down a server to even place an order after waiting 15mins when no one came to take it AND had to physically go up to the register to ask them for water refill and the drink they clearly forgot we ordered. Getting the bill and paying also a struggle. Everything was just too much hassle! Tips shouldnt even be in the machine option tbh. Pho37 in richmond might be good but ill never know since this robson experience was such a let down that I dont even care to try the other locations.

I got one of the pho’s and it was quite good however my friend got the chow mien and the chicken was undercooked, it looked raw which was unfortunate so the meal was not finished.
