This place used to be good but they are now taking advantage on the fact that it’s so close to PNE / Playland … it is now overpriced. Stickers on the menu reflecting the new prices. Soup dishes have changed, they’re smaller at the base. Less chicken on the rice dishes. Less food, higher prices.

The reviews here are very mixed. I decided to give it a shot.
There's plenty of parking everywhere. The restaurant inside is big and very clean. Decor is up to date as well.
I ordered the hot and sour seafood pho. To my surprise it was absolutely delicious and very comforting. My friend ordered the bun bo hue. We asked for a red chili each and it was perfect!
Service is strange though. As soon as I went up to pay, the girl didn't give my 60 cent change back. I was grabbing more change out of my pocket to tip of course, but she then asked me how much did you pay again? Wow I could've gotten away with saying I paid with a 50 dollar bill 😆.
Anyhoo, those two items we ordered are delicious. I think the small sizes are plenty

The beet pho is their best dish by a long shot. It’s a 5/5; however, the waiting times are crazy sometimes. You can wait 15 min to get a menu and another 30 min to receive the food. Nevertheless, the food is great.

It was a bad day because I was so hungry that I ordered food and got the wrong food. The staff said they would change it but I was not feeling good. But the taste was very delicious.
This is normally our go to place. No longer going to be coming here. Today’s food on a Sunday was terrible. For the price they no charge it should be good, not bad. Something has changed, never have I had pho broth so cloudy and greasy. Tasted like someone trying to attempt a pho broth from memory.
Washrooms and tables were very unclean.
