Food was delivered with both the box and the bag completely opened and the food completely exposed, I gave the food back to the delivery driver called the restaurant and they apologized and said order again we will make sure that doesn't happen so I re-ordered the food and then it was delivered again in the exact same condition with the food completely open and exposed, Probably the least professional food delivery I've ever experienced

My bf and I tried to come here and left with only paying for our drinks because 2 other tables that came in way after us got their food before us. They said it was because it was soup but the other table got plated with a piece of meat rice and veggies while we were waiting an hour for FRIED RICE.

A straightforward Vietnamese restaurant that serves delicious food. I tried the half boneless duck, and it was pretty good. Some pieces were a little dry, though they do give a generous portion of a side sauce alongside to dip or mix (had peanut sauce). I also ordered the strawberry blend drink, and it was, of course, very fresh and tasty. The staff here are polite and friendly and periodically check up on their tables. I also like the fact that this restaurant is open until 1am, which gives people a nice option for a late night or an after-work meal.

Ordered over the phone. Lady that took my order did not speak english. I showed up thirty mins later, the food wasnt ready. They just put the order in when I showed up. I had to wait another fifteen mins. No water. No service. The restaurant wasnt even busy.

Decent food, but they're one of the few places open at night so they know they've got the market cornered so the service is lacking.
My food took a long time to come out, and people who arrived after me got served before me. A guy walked out with one of their drinks, like a bubble tea or something. Came back in like a minute later and it was all over his pants. They let him use the restroom to clean, but then when he told them "the lid came off", they just looked at him and said "it happens" with a shrug. Really crappy service.

A stiff smile, service is quick. Feels like they want you to eat fast here, like you a hinderence to their breathing. So eat and leave faster.
Place sucks now. Watched one of the employees blow his nose and pick it for 20 minutes solid and then bring somebody food without washing his hands.

Located on Hastings St in East Vancouver, Pho Don is a great late night pho spot. The seafood fried rice was surprisingly my favorite. Open late and easily accessible from Hastings Street. Spacious seating. Recommended.
