Came for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the food! I had the Grilled Lemongrass Chicken with Fried Rice (around $19). It was so tasty! The fried rice had an orange hue, and the portion of chicken was generous with 2 large pieces. Cooked well, but still tender and fragrant. The plate also had a small side salad of pickled veg, and a bowl of broth. I was very hungry for lunch, but realistically, this could easily be two meals! My family member had their large Pho with Rare...
Started out mid when they opened but they've improved alot. Pho comes out steaming hot and delicious. I do emphasize hot because this is actually quite rare. Soup coming out without steam must be an automatic fail, this place certainly succeed.
The street is also decently quite with big mature trees, a really nice spot to sit outside and enjoy a bow of hot pho. Much better than the few tourist traps on the seawall.

My wife and I stopped by for lunch and had the chicken / prawn + pork on vermicelli with some chicken salad rolls. The food was delicious, but what made it extra special was the chili oil sauce. It was both tasty and actually spicy, a pleasant surprise for the two of us as we both really enjoy spicy food and most places are too mild.
On top of that the view was pleasant and the service was friendly and prompt. Plus there was good air conditioning in the summer...
