A great new find for me! The satay broth is pleasantly spicy and very fragrant with lemongrass, and the meat and tripe portions were generous. I left very satisfied and have already recommended the place to others.

I came to eat at this place as it was highly recommend. I came to eat with a small group. I had ordered a pho soup. As I was eating and about to take a bite I spotted what looked like a bean sprout, but upon looking closer it was a white toothpick amongst the noodles. This was just disgusting as I was almost halfway done eating. This completely threw me off and I quickly lost my appetite. I most definitely would not eat here again. And do not recommend this place there are plenty of other pho restaurants to eat at.
Seemed like some of the vegetables were previously from a frozen bag. First few bites were good, as it cooled down it became quite basic.

Every time we come to Vancouver for a visit, we always stop here for a meal. Last sunday, we were there again. It was cold outside, we were greeted with very friendly smile and offered with warm cup of tea. That felt so warm in a weather like that. We sat by the windows and we had a great bowl of soup. It was very memorable. We love the location, its close to bus stop,sky train,shopping mall and its right in downtown. We love the food there so fresh and tasty. Thank you for your wonderful service! We will visit again. 😊
