I’ve only tried the chicken pho twice but both times the chicken was super dry. The broth and noodles are ok though. Also I asked for no onions and they forgot. I think the vegetarian would be a better option, it looked really good! The smoothies are good.

Came here with my family for dinner during their happy hour and left feeling content and full! Out of everything we ordered I enjoyed the beef rib & brisket pho the most. I tried their new spinach noodle substitution and it was delicious. The manager was so nice and offered her recommendation on the drinks, I highly suggest trying the Halo Halo mix if you’re a Taro milk tea fan! Parking is limited but it’s free. Lots of space and tables inside the restaurant. Our order did take a little longer than I expected to arrive but everything was delicious except the grilled lemongrass pork chop which was a bit tough to chew. They also have great deals right now like the popcorn bowl + drink for $10.99 or the just enough pho $9.86. Will be coming back !

This is my favorite place to have Pho... The staff is very respectful and kind. Preparation is very fresh and they help you customize it completely. The vegetarian for is so good and the broth is also vegetarian. The place is very quiet and cozy.

I tried their Steak, Flank, Tendon & Tripe Phở, and their original milk tea of jazen tea. The tea was good and the size was fair for the price, the Phở was okay and the portions were just fair for the price. However, some of the bean sprouts that came with the dish had a very little bit of blue, which is obviously suspicious, so didn't consume them. The service was friendly, and relatively fast, and the atmosphere was just okay. If it were only the Jazen Tea would give it 4 stars.

I highly recommend Pho Hoa for anyone looking for a great dining experience. There were four of us, including my son, who wasn’t sure what drink to order. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain the options and make some great recommendations.
We ordered a variety of dishes - spring rolls, avocado rolls, pho, bún reel, and fried rice - and everything was fresh and full of flavour. The standout for us was definitely the pho. The noodles are made in-house daily, which really sets Pho Hoa apart from other places.
Overall, the food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. The staff were professional, welcoming, and truly enthusiastic. If you're looking for a great Vietnamese spot to eat out, Pho Hoa is a fantastic choice!

Omg! So damn grosse. The broth was watered down lemon juice. I asked for the deluxe, there was no tripe in it. I asked for extra beef balls, and out same pork balls. There was only one young girl working there with almost no English skills. I told her the broth was off and awful. I told her to go taste it in the kitchen, but I guess the powdered instant soup had too much sour seasoning and no real broth in it. I told her for my $55 lunchtime bowl of soup it sound be edible. I should not have to fight it down and then fight back vomit. 20 minutes after complaining she then called the manager and offered to replace the soup. I told her I don’t have time. Everyone else in the place noticed that their pho broth was off too. I was told that they couldn’t or wouldn’t refund me as Moneris doesn’t allow refunds only chargebacks. Weird. Sounds like bull to je. I told them I would put a review on Google, then they offered me my money back. FYI they are illegally charging 2% if you use a credit card.

First of all, I'm sorry for being honest. My family and I came at lunch hour, quite hungry. We were lucky to find a parking spot inside the little street mall, but it's only for 1 hour time, so we hurried inside the restaurant and order some food. Waited for half an hour, finally the food came out. We have to eat fast. But, I noticed the guy brought the plate with his thumb going inside the plate, that was not acceptable for all of us. Secondly, the rice was hard to chew and the pork chop was thin and hard like rock. My husband and my son ordered the noodle soup, we tried Pho Hoa many times, but not this branch, no problem with their noodles, this one we could taste it's different kind of noodles, and was overcooked, the broth didn't taste good. They didn't finish the meal. Me too. My daughter was tempted by the free drink offer if she sign up and subscribe, but after she signed up the lady said it's for next time. I don't want to come back here, but I understand how marketing works. Lastly, when my husband was paying the bill, she was charging us extra 2% because we paid with credit card. What a service! I hope they can learn something from the reviews, if they want to survive in this business, competition is tough, but happy customers will come back. The only positive thing was this restaurant has a big space, and good potential if they can manage it correctly.

I’m honestly done with this place. My dish came with bean sprouts that were blue and black—I literally picked them out and showed them to the staff, laid them out right on the plate.

The guy barely looked, mumbled something like “it’s how we process them,” and that was it. No apology, no explanation, nothing. Just a deadpan face and an expectation that I’d still pay for it.

I used to come here a lot, but after today, no chance I’m coming back. This is not how you treat customers, especially when they take the time to point something out calmly. It’s not too much to ask for safe food and basic respect.

Noodles were severely undercooked, paid to get the large size and they clearly just put in double the amount of gross undercooked noodles and didn't put any extra meat at all. Also ordered beef balls as an extra and was charged over 5 dollars for 5 of the tiniest meatballs I've ever seen. Terrible. No flavour, low effort, waste of money.
