Absolutely love this place. One of my favourites in greater Vancouver. The chokehold the spring rolls have on me is like no other. They are so crispy, girthy and are sure to fill you up. No joke ? The pho itself is also really good and clean. This place is CASH OR DEBIT ONLY and there’s not many easily available ATMs in the area so make sure you come prepared.

Our group were truly impressed with the food and services at Pho Long. This is truly a hidden gem. We are Vietnamese and from Toronto. Their pho, com tam, lemongrass chicken rice and spring rolls were delicious, and their portion is SUPER BIG. You can’t find this price anywhere in Van or Tor. We were greeted by Ms. Phung who was very nice and helpful despite our big group.

The neon lights really have a nostalgic feel. Although the prices have kept up with the times, the place still has all the right flavours!
5 of us had lunch here on a hot day, and all of us got food poisoning and sick for 3-4 days. Never coming back here. The worst experience ever.

They are cash only, which is a little bit inconvenient, but you never have to worry about not getting your money’s worth.

It's just ok. I've been to better places where the food was cheaper and taste better. We order a noodle soup and therenwasn't much flavour. We also order the lemongrass pork and even though the portion was large, the meat was bland and dry tasting. If you order for take out , they charge an extra .52 cents or something. Maybe it's the charge for not eating in or the price of the take out container? I also noticed the price a bit high for a hole in the wall place like this. I tried this place once and once is enough for me .

Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by the waitor we had who was impatient and condescending when we were placing our order. I asked him for 2 more minutes to go through the menu, as I had just sat down to meet some friends for lunch, and he replied sarcastically "do you want me to just stand here for 2 minutes?" He didn't bother asking me the type of noodles I wanted, even though the menu said there was a choice. He responded rudely to a friend who was ordering just chicken wings (as he had already eaten), and was overall just rude and ignored us the rest of the time. The rest of the wait staff was friendly, but he really made us feel unwelcome. The food was decent, but I'd rather spend my money at other nearby pho places that treat their customers better.
