Love the service there and the spaciousness
Ordered pork Chop with fried egg on rice and Special Beef Pho soup. Pork Chop was dry but the server offered us extra pieces from the kitchen and I was surprised. Overall, Good experience.

Went there for an early lunch, got seated right away.
We ordered Pork Spring Rolls (2 Rolls) as appetizer, and Pho With Briskets & Tendons for each person.
We requested to have the bean sprouts cooked. They were nice & fresh. It would be better if they could switch the lemon wedges back to lime wedges.
The Spring Rolls were very crispy and tasty. The Broth was hot enough but a bit salty. The Soup Noodles portions were generous. Beef Briskets were good but only very few tendons (just 2 small pieces I could recall.....).
Service was attentive. Servers were very friendly but busy.
Restaurant environment was comfortable.

If you’ve ever been to Northern Vietnam, especially Hanoi, this pho will feel about 90% close to the traditional bowls you’d find there. The broth is authentic, balanced without being overly heavy on the five spices like many pho restaurants here. On top of that, the price is very reasonable (around $15.50 for a bowl, if I’m not mistaken). Definitely one of the closest experiences to Hanoi-style pho you can get in Vancouver. But the dessert was just ok!

Excellent beef noodle soup and banh mi. Always pleasant wait staff/host. Acceptably clean and a nice place to take friends or eat alone.

I ordered a rare beef pho and really enjoyed it. The broth was flavorful and served in a generous portion. The noodles are freshly prepared and not clumped together, which made the dish even better. Adding chilly oil gave it a nice spicy kick.

They take forever preparing the food. Its not worth going for the awful service. They don’t seem to care about customer service AT ALL.

Pho Mimosa on Granville Street is hands down the best pho experience I’ve ever had in Vancouver — and I’ve eaten at plenty of pho spots. The broth here is simply exquisite. Rich, flavorful, perfectly balanced — it’s the kind of broth that makes you slow down and really savor each spoonful. Honestly, it’s the best broth I’ve ever had in any pho restaurant, and it’s what truly sets them apart from every other place.

But it doesn’t stop there. The professionalism shows in everything they do, right down to their delivery. They thoughtfully include pre-cut cardboard in their bags so nothing spills — a small detail that makes a big difference. It’s clear they care about the customer experience in every way.

From the food to the service, Pho Mimosa is outstanding. They’ve earned every bit of this five-star review, and I’ll be a loyal customer for life.

My spicy lemongrass pho soup was steaming hot and just the right spice level with a great kick! Servings were huge that 2 or 3 people probably could've shared one bowl (atleast 2 for sure). Everything we ordered was delicious! Son has a peanut allergy so they were very careful to not cross contaminate.

Almost every dish here is tasty, satisfying and inexpensive- really good value.
My favourites are the Bun bo Huê (spicy beef noodle soup) and Bánh Mì.
