I’ve tried their Bun Bo Hue, Rare Beef Pho, and Pork Meatballs Baguette. The baguette was amazing, the meatballs were savory with authentic Vietnamese toppings and I love that they used Vietnamese Banh Mi. Bun Bo Hue was good but nothing out of this world, I still think you can get a more authentic taste elsewhere. I ordered their Rare Beef Pho through Doordash and it was tasty. However, the order wasn’t packed carefully so the soup leaked out. Overall, this is a decent place, they just need to improve on packing to-go orders tho.

Stopped by on a Saturday evening after craving some Vietnamese on a rainy day. We both got the lemongrass chicken and rice with the added option of one spring roll. Food was delicious and pretty well priced. Chicken portion was decent, as seen in picture. It was overall pretty filling with the rice and roll.

I was visiting Vancouver and had a chance to try Mimosa today, omg they have the best spring rolls I ever tasted before. I recommended everyone whom live in Vancouver I know told them to try the spring rolls at Mimosa! Next time I visit Vancouver again, I will definitely come back!
