Worst experience ever. The waitress was confused as I wanted the grilled prawns spring roll marinated pork on vermicelli but she didn’t know what it was. I pointed to the sign but she was still confused. Later I got my order with no spring roll. Also I had to go get my own chopsticks, spoon, napkin, and hoisin

I don't know if It's a new server but the one working was terrible. She ignored people or worse would acknowledge when someone would ask for something but then never bring it. I tinnk when she didn't understand something she would just nod and walk away without trying to clarify.

Been coming to this place regularly for the last 3-4 years, and the last 6 months it’s gone completely downhill. The folks who used to run it years ago were a staple of one of the best gems of Olympic village. The service has plummeted, the quality has dropped, and the prices have gone up. If you used to come here as much as me, you know exactly what I’m talking about…

Food was fresh but lacked flavour. I ordered a veggie noodle soup as I’m a vegetarian and the only flavour was from the Thai basil and broccoli. My partner said his beef pho tasted really good. Server was friendly but sat at another table on his phone most of the time, and another server was just eating rice and something else in the corner window seat when we came in, and only got up when maybe 6 people over 3 tables had trickled in. Before our food, I went to the washroom to wash my hands as we had been at the dog park, and it was filthy. Tile stained about 6” up the wall, floor filthy, even the soap dispenser was gross on the top where you touch it. Toilet and sink were about the only things that actually didn’t look filthy. The washroom was also a storage room for huge bottles of extra soap, and a storage filing cabinet was in there as well. The door was filthy and scuffed and needed repainting 5 years ago so you could at least wipe it down without the particle board swelling. I doubt they’ve ever wiped it down. Upon closer inspection, I saw mouse droppings in every corner of the floor. This made me feel grossed out to go eat a meal, let alone be in that bathroom any longer. Unfortunately my partner had already begun eating when I came back to the table and I didn’t want to ruin his meal. The food looked fresh so I ate my very bland soup. My partner noticed a shift when I had come back from the washroom. I said I’d tell him later, not wanting to ruin his meal. Then a table with two guys and two girls had sat beside us for a few minutes and suddenly my partner and the two guys looked at each other and chatted to confirm something, and when they all quietly agreed that they had seen a mouse, my partner turned to me and I said mhm, that’s what I was going to say. The guys didn’t want their female friends to know so they didn’t draw attention to it but I guess it had crawled under the X table base of our table which was disgusting as I was wearing sandals on my feet with bare feet. I spent the rest of our time there with my feet in the air and then said we should get the bill to go get our dog from the car. $50 for this less than lovely experience. Place should be closed for renovations and a thorough professional deep cleaning as well as pest control. You can’t fix pests without serious work. My partner and I recently had mice in our apartment and it took 3 months of being extremely diligent about cleanliness, zero food being around, storing everything in hard plastic bins. I don’t know how a restaurant could honestly ever get rid of rodents if they have food everywhere all the time. They need to close to deal with this. It was BAD. I have reported to VCH and will be following up.

Been here half a dozen times over the past 6 months, but disappointed by the recent portion size of the spring rolls. Used to get 4 but now you only get 2.. For $11. What a joke, won't be going back.

Excellent service. The waitress was so kind and receptive. The place itself has a calm, peaceful, really pleasant atmosphere which is surprising for a restaurant in Downtown Vancouver. I enjoyed the experience. It's casual but good quality place. My order took a while but was made with care. Lovely place. Thank you

Cash only or e-Transfer only. No welcome or anything from the server. The rare beef pho broth was absolutely bland and tasteless. You would get more flavour from a bowl of instant noodles. I would not recommend this place.

Lacked flavor. Bowl aesthetic but not much flavor. No chilli sauce on the tables. Server didn't come once to check on us although customer service isn't what I come for at a lot of Asian spots.
