I have to agree with the previous reviewers about how bad the food from this restaurants was.
The bean sprouts & basil being use again from previous customer and the spring rolls tasted spoiled because being put outside for too long.
One of the worst Vietnamese Cuisine chain that I have visited, very poor hygiene and unprofessional staffs.
Definitely not repeat and recommended.

Hands down one of the best bowls of pho I’ve had in Vancouver. Especially nice after a long trip! The broth is incredibly clean, rich, and comforting without being overly heavy, and the beef was tender and generously portioned. You can really taste the care that goes into the soup.
Fresh herbs and bean sprouts are served on the side, and the chili oil adds the perfect kick if you like a bit of heat. Everything tasted fresh and well balanced.
Service was quick and efficient, even during a busy period, and the space is casual and no-frills — exactly what you want for a great pho spot. Bonus points for the Thai tea, which was refreshing and not overly sweet. If you’re craving authentic, satisfying pho, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back!

First time visiting here and honestly very disappointed.
The water glasses still had leftover food in them. The spring rolls tasted bad—very dry and had a strong “old oil” vibe. The sauce container lids were covered in dried sauce and we had to wipe them ourselves.
At the time of payment, the staff member didn’t clearly explain the total amount. He was almost whispering to himself (“2 large, 2 drink…”), and I had to correct him because the order was actually 1 small and 1 large.
There was also one woman and one guy chatting loudly in the kitchen and they didn’t even notice that customers were waiting to order or pay.
Overall, poor hygiene, poor communication, and lack of attention to customers

To comparing my last review about three years ago, the inflation is sweetie true reflected through the food quantity especially from this kind of a popular store. You can see the most popular spring rolls not thick as “ fat or big “ it is now a more middle finger size”
Tye main portion of protein are smaller by just scope out.
Sad things for “pho” Not to mention how I felt after I paid.

1: that acceptable most cars! No AE .. yeah!! Never have cash over $20 in my packet … why some restaurant insist for cash only? Every meal almost $15 plus tips.. no way I will use cash. So thank you ! 👍
2: soup is tasty. 3: ingredients not much I can “ real feel it is good” the beef shank was feel the trim off piece, and the noodle stay as clumps for a bit longer than I thought……
Overall, service also good as well. Have space to improve, I wish they can.

My vermicelli with lemon grass pork was OK. The pork had too much grit and fat on it. The portion size for the vermicelli was good, though. The deep fried Springroll was OK; nothing to shout home about. It was a generous serving, though. The server seemed nice. Overall, the experience was OK.
