One of the best in the area. Food is delicious. Serving is generous with reasonable price. Highly recommended.

This place reminds me of a bowl of Pho in Vietnam eg. “Pho Le” Simplistic and authentic. I’ve had everything from Cafe Dang Ang to Pho Duy, and this spot is my favourite alongside Linh Cafe which has a richer broth.
The side condiments are fresh and the beef they use for their Pho Tai is tender and adds a beefiness when cooked in the hot broth.
Their spring rolls are made using Rice Paper and are one of the best in the city. (I personally like the Hanoi style from Cafe Dang Anh)
Pho Tan is famous for their Satay Beef Pho #19 but their entire menu is delicious.
The service is also exceptional, very warm and attentive. They always check up on you.

The beef ball Vietnamese rice noodles/medium rare beef noodles are of normal quality, the fried spring rolls look pretty good, the fried chicken wings have an issue (some meaty plums and a very serious snowy smell), it was not good and was eventually withdrawn, overall it can only be regarded as good ok pho restaurant!

In my experience and all the pho places that I’ve eaten this is by far the best broth pho place. I had the rare steak with brisket. The broth was very well seasoned and very tasty. I didn’t need to put too much sriracha and hoisin sauce in it. Also the salad roll was fresh and very tasty. I also ordered the cold cut sub and it was delicious as the bun was very soft. You will not regret having their pho here. I am from Surrey and definitely worth the drive!
