The server are rude and very unwelcoming. They don't like what they are doing and it shows on how they treat their customers.

Superb performance Pho broth. Good portions and quick friendly service . The server even checked with us later if we were enjoying our meal . One of the best pho places in vancouver hands down. I also enjoyed their deep fried chicken appetizer.

No desire to come back unfortunately. Stopped by cause my family and I were in the area. Food was decent nothing really stood out. My Stepmom's grilled lemongrass chicken vermicelli looked dried as heck and she confirmed it was extremely over cooked and flavourless. They also forgot to give her fish sauce. Bbh was basically a beef pho with a tint of mildest spice and bland in flavour. Their salad rolls were wrapped nicely and thick but very little prawn mostly filler like vermicelli and shredded carrots. The tea cups were dirty so that was also off putting. I overheard the older lady working there tell a customer how much to tip and to tip first which was odd and rude.

First time to visit this restaurant today! I think it's family-owned so it has this home-ish vibes - if that makes sense hehe I ordered their Grilled Beef and Fried Spring Rolls on Vermicelli and it was good! The serving was generous and the staff were accommodating. Ordered the staple Vietnamese coffee and it was ?Will definitely be back to try their other selections!

This is by far the best Pho I’ve had in Vancouver. I’m about a 15 minute walk from this restaurant and it’s become a weekly staple for me. I always get the rare beef with beef balls and I’m never disappointed. The broth is light and flavourful. The meat is always tender. I appreciate that they offer a small size option because the large is far too much for me. I love they use flat rice noodles instead of the thin vermicelli. The price is unbeatable - $13.50 for a small bowl! I cannot enjoy a bowl a pho anywhere else after eating here, they never disappoint.

Decent pho place inside the Michael Buble strip mall (where he filmed the video "Haven't Met You Yet"). This place is on the E side.Parking is plentiful in the strip mall lot.The place has line green and bright orange walls. Reminds me of smoothies.Staff were friendly. No problems. This place has a few unique dishes. Steak garlic pho was the one that stuck out for me. Tastes exactly like it sounds. The steak was more cooked than what I was expecting (it wasn't rare), but no biggie. Pretty tasty. Soup was nice and light. My friend thought the soup was rather bland, but personally I thought it was fine, as personally I find that most places are too salty. Personal preference.I'd definitely come back at some point. Recommended.

The menu does have interesting items like garlic steak pho. I decided to get the small rare beef and beef ball pho. It was ok. I didn't really like it as the broth was very light tasting. It did not have the beefy broth taste. The soup got a bit more taste towards the end, maybe when some of the dip (hoisin sauce, sriracha and chili oil) got into it. Maybe that's why the broth is bland so that customers can add their own sauce? There is a bottle of soy sauce with salt and pepper on the table too. The noodle is not the usual thin type but is broader. The small has more noodles than meat. Usually at other pho restaurants, I am left with lots of meat but here, there is more noodle left. And I usually order small portion. It is quite a popular place as I do see many people eating here and ordering take out. Just not for me.

Love that they use fresh noodles vs the standard packaged ones that most places use. Very small place maybe 6-8 tables. Looks family run.

What a hidden gem! Very home style authentic tasting food with a ton of flavour. My friend had the garlic steak pho and it lives up to its name! Very hearty and delicious. Would definitely return.

This familiar Vietnamese restaurant is really good! They serve pretty fast the two times I went. And their pho it’s really good. I ordered a large beef garlic pho ( around $15.50) and deep fried dumplings (10 for $7.25), which costs me around $24 CAD (I tipped $2 for their fast service, so at the end was $26), and my sis and I had a dinner for two. Everything at a very reasonable price. Definitely coming back soon!Edit: Ordered Grilled lemongrasss chicken on rice ($16)

Rough start to the pick up. Order wasn't ready, 10 minute wait. Turned out that it was worth it. The combo meats on vermicelli was excellent, as was the bahn mi. The seafood soup was short on protein but lots of veg and a broth that was top rate. Absolutely worth repeating.

We ordered Bun Bo Hue and Pho, both dishes were plain. We could not taste any typical flavor in the soup and the noodle smelled bad too. And the meat in the soup was super dry too. The rice dish did not look good too ?

Pho is great but the banh mí is disappointing. The main problem is the unpicked carrots and daikon that ruin the dish. The banh mí’s at 88 supermarket are much better and cheaper and they are just around the corner I’d recommend going there instead of your craving a banh mí.
