MINUS 5 STARS . Reading thru all these resounding reviews I'm convinced they're paid trolls. The place is a dump. The food was horrific . The service was the worst I ever seen The "cook" looked like he hasnt had a bath in 3 weeks . I DARE YOU ALL TO LOOK INTO THAT KITCHEN then tell me if you'd eat there

Despite what their name suggests, their food is actually quite hot(and delicious).

I lived in South Van my whole life and we were always missing a good pho place. The pho was amazing and the service was great. I love that there is a XL pho option. Highly recommend.

My go to place for pho. The pho noodle is delicious and has great texture. The grilled lemongrass pork chop, chicken and grilled marinated pork on fried rice is a must try.

Parking lot is small but I usually able to find a spot there. Food was genuine and reasonably priced. Portions are big as well.

Homely feeling and pho was delicious. Regular portion size is small so if you have good appetite go for large bowl.Vegetarian pho was amazing and if you prefer chicken then go for chicken ball pho. Ask for egg noodle.

Been having some consistently good meals at this pho place. The prices are good and service is friendly and cheerful. Really enjoy the complimentary pickles they have on the dine-in tables!

Their fried chicken wings are what brought me here. Dined out here for the first time with a friend on a quiet weekday evening. They have some unique home flavours which are different from the pho places I've been. - Fried chicken wings (10 pieces) - Special pho noodle soup - Beef stew with rice noodle soup The fried chicken wings are surprisingly juicy inside while crispy on the outside. The batter holds well on each wing. They provided the peppery salt and lime on the side. I would strongly recommend to use them either separately or together. That will elevate the already delicious wings. The pho was tasty. Special pho has everything: cooked and rare beef, beef ball, tendon, and tripes, etc. The texture of the noodle wasn't too soggy. The soup was somehow on the sweeter side compared with the pho I had elsewhere. The good news is that it doesn't make me thirsty afterwards. The regular size pho was the smallest size of their 3 options. It's considered very generous for its price. The only critique I have is that the soup was not very hot when it was serve. The noodle turned cold faster than usual. The beef stew one had a lot of beef. My friend couldn't finish it. The noodle in this one was wider than the regular pho. It's a family business which has been around for almost 3 years. We were served by a young teenage girl. She's efficient on her own for taking care of a few tables plus some takeout pickups. They accept cash, debit and credit. There are parking spaces up front in this small strip mall.

My absolute go to pho place now! Love the convenient parking lot out front and the location. This is by far the best pho I've had. The pho is very flavorful and tastes very home made. I always order the house special and my partner gets the bun bo hue. Both are delicious and the portions are very generous.

Very delicious food here, including some of the best salad rolls I've ever had! The shrimp salad roll was very fresh and stuffed with crisp veggies served with a big portion of peanut sauce. The vegetarian items are pretty good as well, especially the veggie spring roll. The location is on one side of Marine Drive so you're driving on the other side of the road, turn left and use Kent Ave to access it.

The best pho I've ever had in Vancouver and I love to eat pho. This is now my go to pho restaurant. The noodles are always perfectly al dente when I eat here. The soup just somehow has more flavour than the other restaurants I've tried.
