Poor and rude services. I was doing pick-up, and they were rude and aggressive... Really disgusting way to treat a another person.

Call the restaurant to check my order. I know it was Doordash fault but man they were rude on the phone. I do like the food however.

Ordered through ubereats for the first time as thrubhad a buy 1 get 1 free promo so I decided to try them. I ordered the prawn pad Thai. I then cled to ask if I coujd replace one of the pad Thais with chicken. Didn't think it wpikd be an issue since the chicken is less expensive. The staff that answered the phone was rude and just said no. I don't mind that they can't do it, but there's no need to be rude. When I went to pick it up, the 2 staff were standing on the stairs heading up to the kitchen. I heard the one guy say, ugh I don't want to deal with the pick up, you deal with it. They spoke Chinese, probably didn't think I understood Chinese. This restaurant definitely does not have the welcoming, gracious Thai hospitality. To top it off their food isn't is great. Save yourself time and order from Sala Thai, they're just a few blocks away. Experience authentic Thai food and experience good customer service with Sala Thai on Burrard.

Ordered Pad Thai and Khao Soi. This is hands down the worst Thai food I have ever eaten. Tasted like the Pad Thai was made with ketchup. The Khao Soi tasted more like Indian curry instead of the yellow curry normally used. The chicken in the dishes also tasted like it was sitting out for to long. Took a few bites and that was all I could eat.

Haven't tried much of the menu but I did like the chicken satay at this location! The red and matsaman curry was good! I was just hoping for something amazingly authentic flavor-wise for the curries, I thought this would be the place, but I am still on the search!

Order was all wrong through Uber eats... Apparently when called the restaurant they don't bother reading the notes... So if u have any special request such as vegetarian request don't bother... Person I spoke also kept making excuse and lying... I told him that my Thai tea never came with the order and he said he gave it to the driver but I had already asked the driver on delivery and he said that's all they handed to him.. just believe me not worth your time.. very disappointing

Just ordered on Uber Eats a Pad King Ginger Chicken however they delivered a Pra Lunm Long Shong Chicken (chicken and spinach with peanut sauce) which isn’t even on the Uber Eats menu. Food was cold. Matsamun Curry didn’t use chunks of slow cooked beef like other Thai places. It was just stir fry beef. I think there are much better Thai places offering more authentic Thai and a better value for money in Vancouver.
We came here for lunch, and the food was decent for lunch price ($12), however the manager was probably the worst waiter we've ever had. He was the yes and no answer kind of person, he brought the bill and ask us to pay while our table was full of empty dishes AND once we paid he grabbed the machine and walked away. Pretty sure he doesn't know the word please or thank you as it never came out of him while our 1 hour lunch.

ordered to go, they switched the sauces on both dishes, may be cause they didnt like a 12% tip on a pick up order and started joking in another language... to sad, never again...

Family style dining Pink Elephant Thai restaurant. Broad selection of appies, greens, seafood, curries and woks - very tasty and not too spicy. The portions didn’t look large at first but it was definitely filling. Ordering 3 dishes and appies with 3 small jasmine rice is enough for 3 people. Reasonably priced. During COVID, capacity is limited for dine in. You can order take out with Skip the Dishes and Door Dash.

Decent Thai food but not amazing. Large seating area with only street parking. Make sure to pay the meter as they are is patrolled often and tickets are handed out regularly.Clean but very casual and service is acceptable. I would go at least medium spicing for your food.
