I absolutely loved the pizza and environment at Pizza 2001! On top of the food being incredible, the ownership was beyond amazing. The new owners were kind, welcoming, and simply put, awesome people. It was good vibes all around! I ordered on Too Good to Go, and while other places tend to serve dry, stale, and undesirable slices of pizza on TGTG, this place offered their best. I usually really like this place but seems the owner is charging gourmet prices for the basic slices now which is too bad,.. I am assuming the older man during the day is the owner. The pizza was very basic, I had a slice of cheese pizza and a slice with just mushroom. The prices and promotions advertised do not seem accurate anymore. The pizza wasn't awesome like it was previously, it's just average or below.

We ordered a veggie pizza and a garlic pizza for takeout from Pizza2001, and both were absolutely amazing! The crust was perfectly baked, the toppings were fresh, and the flavors were spot on. The garlic pizza was especially delicious — full of flavor without being overpowering. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving quality pizza in Vancouver. We’ll definitely be back! 🍕🙌
