Music is so loud that the employee couldn’t hear what I was saying. Feels like a nightclub with a pizza oven. They recently increased the prices significantly. Unfortunately, the quality cannot justify their inflated prices.

Very unreliable delivery. Even if you use their app to place your order, you need to call to check that the workers have seen it and are working on it. You need to choose option 1 on the IVR to speak to staff. Using option 2 to speak to a manager is useless because nobody will pick it up or return your call if you leave a message as instructed. You may meed to insist that you are calling the correct address multiple times before staff actually check that your order is somewhere on their system. There are so many pizza options out there, and I have just grown tired of this option now.

Went last night to grab 3 slices. Mostly kids “working” and just standing around chatting. No welcome and not friendly. Girl serving me was okay, but not really positive, just neutral. Put the slices in the oven for like 30 seconds, and then put them on a side counter, said nothing to me, and disappeared. I thought because it was so quick, maybe one slice was still in the oven. Waited a few minutes and then looked more closely in the box to see all three slices were there. Then when eating the chicken slice it tasted off and both my partner and I didn’t feel well ro our stomachs. Slept it off and feel better now. One slice tasted really good, spinach something, and the pepperoni slice was okay. At 18 plus change with a $2 tip, not worth it and will not return. Hopefully other peeps have a better experience.

One of the worst place I ever try pizza!!! The customer service is soo bad, and the pizza wasn’t cook enough and it tasted soo bad. I don’t recommend anyone to try this pizza.
While I was eating the pizza. I found a small piece of mouse furry on the pizza 🤢🤢🤢. Someone has to send inspector there to inspect the restaurant.

I asked for a 8 slice pizza for a posted price of $29.99 on the screen but they told me that was the old price and now current price is $38.99, rather that honouring the posted price they just offer the new price even though it was their mistake.
