I love Pizza Garden especially this branch in downtown. The service was so fast and the pizza was so fresh. Kudos to Daian who exceeded my expectations . šš»

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, and there was no sense of respect or basic courtesy toward customers. I expected a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, but the way they spoke and behaved was completely unacceptable.
The food might be good, but proper customer service and respectful behavior are just as important. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves how they treat customers. At this point, I do not recommend this plac

Best slices
10/10 pizza. Great crust, great cheese, sauce.. all high quality ingredients, including the toppings. They always have a nice selection of pizzas ready to order by the slice. Choose your slices and they heat it up in the pizza oven. They have chilli flakes and ranch for use. Every time we visit Vancouver we eat at pizza garden a few times in one weekend.

Itās hard to find consistent food in downtown and pizza garden WAS that girl. Until I had this experienceā¦
Placed an order for pick-up, and while I was waiting for it to be prepared I ran some errands along the way. Came into the store expecting to just pick up my pizza and go.
But instead I found myself being lectured by the person at the counter on why I wasnāt picking up my phone and why Iām late to pick up my pizza?! It was almost as if I was the pizza delivery driver late to my shift š
Keep in mind the place is dead, I was about ~15 mins and I had already paid for my order. Why does it matter how long I take to pick it up? The person at the counter had the audacity to add āso if the pizza is cold, donāt blame us.ā I WAS shook⦠Iām aware of how food worksā¦
Her tone was unnecessary and triggered me so much, Iāll never come to pizza garden ever again.

I don't understand why this pizza garden is more EXPENSIVE in comparison to others and every two months they increase the price, there's some places that the pizza slice cost 3$ dollar, but here it's almost 6$.

This is a good franchise Neapolitan pizza. The location downtown is great for all the office workers too! After a long day I decided to grab a pepperoni to go. It's absolutely delicious. Their dough isn't as greasy as pizza hut. It's not as heavy and leaves you so bloated. I had a few slices and was done for the night. I totally recommend this place if youāre in the area looking for franchise Neapolitan pizzas.
The staff here is friendly and engaging. Prices are reasonable for this type of pizza as well. Iāve been here many times and it has always been consistent.
