I called for a pickup order and was told to come collect after 15mins and I did that only to find out that the order was not processed at all ! The Indian guy tried to act confused and I left after being told to wait another 15mins for the order ! When hiring please hire competent personnel and not people who sleep at the job . Waisted my time and gas to drive to the place. Ended up getting KFC instead , Never again will I order there

I had a terrible experience at this Pizza Hut. My vehicle was towed due to a false complaint from an employee (Indian guy) even the parking belongs to Indigo. It was incredibly frustrating. I booked the parking till 6 pm and I arrived at 4:55 pm. I won't be returning, and I advise others to be cautious when visiting this location because staff is not trustworthy……

Just ordered pizza directly from the Robson location of Pizza Hut. Paid a hefty delivery charge, then a tip on top of that. The pizza sat, and sat, and sat before being picked up. It then took a long journey in the opposite direction of our place. This is all courtesy of their tracker. Order finally arrived more than 30 minutes later than promised. It was cold. The cheese was concealed. It was nasty. Never again. Never.

The Hut in North Van which is now in the strip mall east of Capilano Mall makes GREAT pizza! they get 5 stars from me. The store on Robson finally got the recipe right too, AND I got my personal pan in London Ontario last week and it was just the same. So Pizza Hut now gets five stars from me.

I recently ordered from Pizza Hut and was thoroughly impressed! The delivery was incredibly fast, arriving even sooner than expected. The pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious, with all the toppings perfectly balanced. The crust had the ideal amount of crispiness while still being soft on the inside. The service was great overall, making this a hassle-free and satisfying experience. I’ll definitely be ordering from Pizza Hut again!

The staff misbehaved and one of their employee named shakeel or whatever, no idea how to treat customer, should fire him if the owner really want to run this business This is one of my worst experience with pizza hut
Overall the food was great HOWEVER please be sure to communicate the difference between chicken bites which are “chicken nuggets” and wings! Very confusing in-person ordering experience. Wings on your menu are “traditional wings” and chicken bites/nuggets are also wings! Also, front staff needs more English pronunciation training as well as communication to have the language skills to express the difference between chicken bite wings and wings as well as provide clear explanation of menu options/sides. We ordered wings expecting wings when we got chicken bites/nuggets that are also called wings?! Very frustrating in -person order experince. Learned my lesson to order online and for AI to take over. Just a heads up for anyone ordering in-person.

Surprised! I ordered online to have 3 pizzas delivery. They charge delivery fee, which I think is a bit over price. minutes after waiting, I got msg that the delivery can't reach me, Order needs to be picked up. there is no way the delivery will come and contact me. Anyways, come to the store, the manager is not really helping. Come home and get my pizza, pizza was already stale, tried new dough "hand crafted" not really recommended. Safeway Chicken wing way better taste! Will not order again!
