I've ordered from the Austin Pizza Hut on different occasions and have dealt with Harry he is pleasant and helpful. On Wednesday Oct 23, I ordered the lunch special and waited in my car until my pizza was ready unfortunately my car battery died and I asked Harry for his help, he put my pizza back in the warmer and himself and another gentleman jump started my car. Thank you Harry and friend for going out of your way to help me, it was very much appreciated.

I went to this branch on Sunday for my dinner and I was amazed to the people working there, the manager was very attentive and kind, his named Francisco, the pizza was served very quick, The thing I love most is he patiently discuss the offer and its really affordable. The food was so good and hot. I will surely be back to this store. Thank you for your hardwork you deserve a raise.

I used to order online quite a bit and pick up the pizza on my way home from work. As of late, I come to the store to take a look at who's working. If a certain group of employees are working, I order and wait. The pizza is on point and proper-what you'd expect for a pizza you've ordered. Unfortunately if it's the other group of folks working there, you can expect your pizza to be primarily pizza dough and some sauce. It seems like toppings are an afterthought, and they barely put any cheese. If the primary group of employees I like to order from aren't working, I don't place an order and avoid the disappointment of an underwhelming pizza. It's pretty clear that one group of employees care about the product they put out while the other group cuts corners and don't care. It's too bad that the standards of quality differ based on who's working.

Delivery, arrived very fast. Most likely because they didn’t put cheese or toppings on pizzas. Only gave 2 stars because long time getting delivery drivers who are the sweetest men. For food can’t compromise anymore. Good quality has dropped way too much. Last time ordering. Pizza was ordered and delivered in less than 25 minutes, food is not hot.
