Very nice staff, attentive to detail, amazingly fresh and warm food. The pizza is cheesy, fluffy and flavourful and the brownie was warm and sweet. Staff is very quick and nice and food was ready in 10 min. Loved the regards on the box. Would highly recommend ❤️

Absolutely unacceptable and careless.
I ordered a Triple Treat that included two vegetarian pizzas. Veggie Lover and Mushroom & Green Pepper, along with sides and dessert. We ate the Veggie Lover pizza first and did not notice any issue at that time.While eating the second pizza (Mushroom & Green Pepper), we discovered pepperoni pieces inside the pizza after some of it had already been eaten.
This is not a small mistake. I am a pure vegetarian, and the order was placed for vegetarians and Muslims. Finding pork in a pizza that was clearly ordered as vegetarian shows serious negligence, poor food handling, and zero respect for dietary and religious restrictions. Branch Manager Keith Cheng needs to address how something this severe was allowed to happen. I’ve attached photos.
Completely disappointed. This location has lost my trust.

I’ve been ordering from this Pizza Hut for years with great service and quality. Last night (I include very detailed instructions for my front door and it’s VERY easy to find) the delivery driver delivered my pizza to a utility shed at a different house and left it on the ground. Luckily the house had a camera and they were informed of movement, and got my number off the receipt. They have never left my food, they always knock on the door and hand it to me, confused as to why it was left on the ground at a shed.. very obviously not my house or front door. Pizza was very cold when I got it, still tasted great once I heated it up though!
